Worst order taker. I asked for fries and Swiss cheese, got neither. We asked for ranch and mustard, got neither. We placed a to go order for our friend and when we were done eating it still was not here. The girl behind the counter asked us for a receipt we threw away already because we were here on the property waiting. And there were only two other people here eating at the time so I am not sure how she messed everything up. Worst order taker and service I’ve had in a while.
I pass this location often. Each time, the parking lot is full. This week I decided I'm gonna stop & see what the crowd is really about! My compliment, overall, this food is delicious. I enjoyed sliced brisket, slaw, and green beans. Fresh and generous portions also. The service was friendly and polite. My concern would rest on the ribs. They seemed to be over cooked. They were not only very dark & tough but also a tad bit dry.Overall, I plan to revisit. I believe in second chances. This gives them an an opportunity to redeem themselves. : > )
2 stars. Me and my husband were disappointed in the taste of the food. If youd like authentic bbq this is not the place for it. The food was very commercialized. They have a free ice cream machine it was not tasty at all. Also, i decided to get some of their (homemade or homestyle) peach cobbler and it was terrible i didnt even finish it nor had id ever tasted a peach cobbler like it! Not to mention that it was sitting in small containers on the countertop where you order! My husband went to use their bathroom and it was nasty. He ended up walking right back out along with several others once they too saw the bathroom. Me and husband agreed was our first and last time. Good people but not so good food.

This place has good BBq. But CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!!!!I hate that the bags are stapled, for this reason. I requested sliced Sausage, the lady repeated it as sliced Sausage. Tells me the total, but when signing the statement see a different amount . All I asked was why was I charge more than what was told on intercom. She was rude saying it's a surcharge then slammed the window. I stayed in drive thru she finally came back I asked why didn't you say that total at first? She couldn't explain. So at this point I leave. To get home to now have my order wrong. Instead of sliced Sausage., I have sliced beef brisket (that was tough and dry)was not close to return to restaurant. Called to speak to management was told he just stepped out and to call back in 5 minutes. I ended up calling back in 30min to be told he is not there. I'm puzzled how there is no manager in this restaurant but whatever. So I leave my number. As of a week ago today have not to receive a call regarding my complaint.
Delicious brisket and ribs. The smoke is just right and the sauce is not too sweet. French Fries are awesome.
This was a first visit - the ribs were very well cooked, meat falling off the bone. Outside seating was a bonus.
Always great service can't complain... although I don't eat the BBQ I love their breakfast... its cheap, big, And taste homemade
1st time visit. Great brisket, juicy and hot and perfect french fries. Food was fast, clean place! Careful, mac and cheese has a kick!
Delicious, as always! Never disappoints! Recently had them smoke a turkey for us as well, and it was also fabulous!!Highly recommend!!
