We had a awesome time celebrating two birthdays this past Saturday. Awesome service, Chantel behind the bar was super fast and made sure we were taken care of. The DJ was awesome, the music had everyone on the dance floor. A awesome go to spot on a Friday or Saturday.
The waitresses had horrible customer service. They would blame each other on the orders. I had to go up to the register several times to check where my drinks were at. There was several people complaining.The owner Miranda was there and I let her know my issues and she just ignored me completely. That was bad customer service Miranda!!!!!! You shouldn’t ignore your customers. I will not be returning to this so called bar. Good luck on this place staying open.
New owners!!!!The music was good, but the service was really terrible.Our waitress did not pay a single bit of attention to us. We had to flag her down multiple times. We left the place very disappointed. I’m being nice by giving this place 1 star.
10/10 recommend!! If I could give them more stars I would! Big spacious! Music is always a great hit! Food is amazing it’s hard to find a place to sell good food with also great music. After few hours turns into like a dance club which is great! Everyone is so nice as soon as you walk in. ESPECIALLY THE BARTENDER Chantel. I came in a few weeks ago two times in a week and this time she saw me sat down and had my beer ready for me. They get busy and she still manages to take care each and everyone of us. That girl can make some drinks. And her bubbly personality makes everyone feel like family. She attends to everyone . Usually you go to a sports bar and they girls just ignore the women and attend to the guys. She doesn’t she makes everyone feel right at home. Me and my husband have now made this a regular spot and have told all of our friends to come. Last night was their first time coming in and they loved it. We found a new place to come to.
