10pm Friday pulled up at the 2nd window to pick up order. There were 4 or 5 young employees gathered right inside the window area, the girls had their purses as if they were off the clock. I had to wait a couple minutes longer than I should have watching them cut up. Appears only the guy working the window was actually working yet distracted by the others. On another occasion the hubby went through the drive. They got his order wrong and got mouthy when he was telling them what he ordered. Still pulled away with the wrong order. Actually got what he ordered plus and extra meal. I realize good help is hard to find right now. Since there doesn't seem to be a good work ethic these days, the manager is going to have to babysit. While fast food is convenient and a necessary evil sometimes, a "value" meal isn't much of a value anymore. The very least they can do is provide good fresh food and be professional and friendly.
Always check your food! We waited 20+ min for my burger and my girlfriends mcplant. We left, but realized they gave her a mcchicken, so we drove back. Waited another 20+ min. Finally they gave her the right burger, as we were driving off, she took a bite and asked me to take a bite. The patty was cold like they never heated it up. They must've just got it from the fridge and stuck it in the buns. Smh. She didn't want to go back to complain. So she ended up eating just the buns and veggies. Needless to say this McDonald's really really sucks. The lady I'm guessing was the manager was very rude as well. I don't recommend this McDonald's to anyone.
Play place eating area was littered with trash. With the self-serve kiosks, and lack of employee floor presence, this is definitely not the McDonald's I grew up with....?‼️
The overnight crew either needs help nor retained. I waited in drive thru at the window for 10min the young man took my card and disappear for like 5 min. Then walked away after giving me my catf back. Never giving me my order then came back to the window to ask me what I needed. My food!!! That has been sitting there the whole time!! And by that time it was cold. I informed him that they need to do better. By time I left the drive thru I had to rush to work. Customer service at this location at 530a.m. is terrible!

This location was super busy. It took 30 minutes to get our order. If we could have seen the wait time, we would have gone to another place. Didn't seem low on staff. The order was as we requested which was impressive considering the mass of orders.
They take for ever to get you the food and I asked for a happy meal I only got the toy and the 6 piece nuggets no fries and no apple slices. ?
This restaurant used to be really good. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but last night was the last time I'll be visiting this McDonalds. Not only was the bread stale, but they managed to get every item I ordered wrong, including the drink. So long McDonalds Great Southwest, I can do bad all by myself.
Ate a mcchicken, fries and 6 of nuggets. A few hours go by & Next thing I know I had food poisoning for a week. Constant vomiting & diharea. If I could leave negative stars I would.
If I could leave a negative star review I would! 30 minutes total in line to receive 2 meals and 3 cheeseburgers. I had to go in the restaurant to ask for a refund after 30 minutes. The manager said I could have a refund if I gave the food back. Told her I’d return it as quickly as they gave it to me. The return was short/incorrect and the order was wrong, missing food and everything was cold and soggy. Manager was sloppy looking and very rude. When I walked in there were 2 employees standing around and I had to ask 2 times for help. They need to permanently close. Rude employees but when you have a rude manager then who will teach them differently. Gross food, gross employees. Don’t waste your time.
