My husband arrived at exactly 950 pm to pick up his two Uber orders and the dining room was locked. There were two employees sitting down with their backs turned to us inside that we could see. I counted four employees in the building atleast.In the drive thru, he received our first order quickly but the second one was not ready. We were asked to pull into a parking spot but refused until the second order was ready. The people behind us got their order before we did because two female employees brought it to them.We are aware that a machine records a time that a car spends in the drive thru, but more customers could have been served of the dining room had been open. We finally had our second order at 959 without a thank you or a word otherwise.I guess there isn’t a manager in the night shift who cares or is available to watch their employees.For the record, the crews in the morning and afternoon are on point. I give them 5 stars.
Ok so!! They forgot my LARGE FRIES NO SALT.. I parked and TRIED to go inside. It was locked but they close at 10pm. It was 9:20PM. They didn’t open the door until 5 min later. The manger who opened was rude and had an attitude. It’s NOT MY FAULT THAT YOUR!! WORKERS FORGOT MY FOOD!! get your stuff together bro. They wanted me to go back in line.. BTW the line was reaching the street.. there was a family in there and I can tell they where telling the worker that the line was too long for me to go back in and to open the door.. I HOPE THE STORE MANAGER KNOWS THAT YOUR STORE IS CLOSING THE DINNING ROOM WAY TOO EARLY..
this place sucks. I just left and they had my order completely wrong and when I asked for barbecue sauce, one of the girls laughed and walked off. had to ask 2 other people with no answer. until finally someone gave me 3 sauce packets ???? nothing but teenage workers working here.
Extremely attentive! I visit this location every night. Hunter is amazing and great at keeping everything moving. Hot fries and food every time, you will not be disappointed
when we did the the happy meal order we asked about the toy and they said they didn’t have any left but they should’ve advised first
One male and one female aren't wearing hair nets. It's Gross. Also the female didn't wash her hands before starting her shift. And when you order on line, it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get your food. Cause no one is in a hurry. I won't be coming back to this location again. They SUCKS
Worst McDouble ever. It was wet and pink, and I even tried to return with the receipt but the manager would not let me. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else for food. Whataburger is down the road, and I never have any problems with them. Or if you feel like driving In-and-Out is good as well.Even other Mcdonald's if you must.
Had 3 bad experiences here! Completely got the order wrong. Management had no idea what was going on. Had to wait about 45 min. Before they got the order right.
Look, we're not on lockdown anymore. People are walking in to order again. I'm not trying to sit at the drive thru for 20 minutes, wasting gas for a dollar coffee. And even then it's hard to order inside when they only pay attention to the drive thru. It'd be nice if they could pay more attention to the inside customers.
The gentleman doing drive thru was very nice and did his job well.The drive thru girl at the 2nd window was very sweet. Totally made my morning. ?
