I ordered a Big Breakfast with pancakes. Instead of giving me a sausage that is suppose to be on the plate they put an extra biscuit. I tried to call several times, no answer.I had an Uber pick up and drop off the order to me.This is the second time this McDonalds at Pioneer Pkwy location in Grand Prairie, TX provided poor service.Prior to this order, I ordered the same Breakfast order, one of my pancakes was missing half of the pancake.Not good service at all.
So maybe having a double drive thru at this location is a bad idea. As I'm sitting here waiting in lane one 3 cars pass the whole line and goes to the 2nd lane. If the lines are there for follow it shows you're not suppose to go into the 2nd lane until you get closer. Plus when people pull up to the 2nd lane it blocks the exit.Again terrible idea for thus location to have double lane.
The overnight shift likes to play around instead of making orders I am a doordash driver and the lady with face piercings and short hair made me wait for over 1 hour in the drivethru for 2 doordash orders that were sitting on the shelf the entire time I waited, I will be contacting HR about how they play around instead of making orders. FYI, the man working the window did a great job everyone else was playing around as if they were on the playground.
This is the worst McDonald's there could be. The drive thru is thru the roof. Wrong orders. Door dashes are never ready..and door dash orders are severely neglected. They blame mistakes in orders on doordash drivers, when they seal their bags. They are rude and inconsiderate. I get its busy and they are over worked..but here's a tip for the GM..hire more people. Get it together.
Oh it was so good but it wasn't packed like it always is every day during the week even the weekends, but I got some yummy in my tummy food and the customer service was good but I love McDonald's ?
What can I say about McDonald's other than it's a great experience every single time I go. They always so helpful always on point on time. And they're always more than willing to make anything right. Thank you McDonald's
Worst customer service. Requested a substitution from pork sausage to a chicken patty. Every single McDonald's in every state that we have visited has done this, and charged for the substitution. We are aware of this, that is why like normal we requested this. We were given a response that "not at this McDonald's " when we asked why? We were forced to order at a competitor down the road. Will not recommend this location.
I am NOT going there anymore, since remodel, service has gone downhill. Undercooked fries, not once but 4 times. Ask for nuggets tell them what sauce wanted, WRONG sauce or 1 sauce for 20 nuggets. So thanks for remodel, but NO THANKS!!
Went here right after it was re-open bought a sausage biscuits with cheese open it and a big black hair wad laying in cheese will never go back it was a place I used all the time no more McDonald's for me !
I give 5 stars. after this building was create to new I think new staffs here and need training more and they keep hard working and try to learn and being polite so i still give 5 stars but need training. keep it good work up!?
