Pick another one. Rude Rude Rude staff. Poor quality assembly. You have to argue to get your order corrected. I have witnessed this many times. They agitate customers over petty requests such as not giving enough dipping sauce. They deliberately keep dining room cold to motivate patrons to eat and get out. Please, someone build another nearby and put this lipstick on a pig place in it's place

Worse McDonald’s in Grand Prairie. I understand you may be short staff, but this can be operated a lot better. No sense of urgency, no communication and no good service. This is a time to be apologetic with your guests. I did not receive one apology.

This location always gets my order wrong. Today the drive-thru person was eating fries the whole time they were serving us. They asked to see our bag and check our order when we said we were missing items. So they took the bag back through the window, checked it and said we never ordered the other items. So we had to pay for another transaction because they didn’t bother to listen and take our order correctly to begin with. Then they gave us back the original bag of food and had us park to wait for the other items. So our first bag of food was all cold by the time we got the second bag and got home less than five minutes away. I’m just really bothered with their food handling practices of taking the bag back through the window after we already went through it in the car and the guy eating while serving us our food.

They messed up my order charge me extra items that I didn't order and I had to wait for a long time my food got cold i also order a dollar fries with a coupon and she said my coupon didn't work she was very rude That least she could was honor my coupon for all the hassle I had to go through never coming back to this location!!

They got my order wrong. Had to pay for their mistake. And then they had another customer bring out my order.

THE FRIES AND NUGGETS ARE OLD. I'VE BEEN EATIN MCDONALD'S ALL MY LIFE ESPECIALLY NUGGETS AND I CAN TELL YOU WHEN THESE SUCKERS ARE OLD. THE FRIES ARE ALL DRIED UP SUCKED UP LOOK LIKE THEY GOT SUCKED UP BY A VAMPIRE. AND THIS CRAP WAS COLD. SORRY BUT Y'ALL SUCK TODAY. TRIED TO CALL AND NO ANSWER

The most terrible experience ever!!!! My husband myself and 9 year old son went through the drive-thru at 10: 50 p.m on a Saturday night! The manager for the evening was a lady named Wendy!! Recommended that this particular location closed down because the lack of service and I agree due to the fact that we drove out of that line at 12:20 literally! We were stuck in a barricade of cars some which did not move so we were forced to sit because our son wanted McDonald's! After about the first 20 minutes the employees came out and close one of the lines after another 20 minutes I got out of my vehicle and walked around to the window where a girl who claimed she was new messed up in order which is why the line had persisted for such a long time I asked them why would they not inform their customers of such a delay and that everything was fine I went back to my vehicle waited an additional 45 minutes back to the window with the same attendant accompanied by the manager I went back to the vehicle and once we arrived about 15 to 18 minutes later at the front window would be manager.. her name again was Wendy she didn't want to disclose the information but the brand new attendant who was battling the front line with all of these cars help us out with that information we asked for some type of compensation waiting for over a hour and 30 minutes for nuggets french fries double cheeseburger a McFlurry six cookies and she said that she could not do it I advised her that she could do so she could upside something or she could have come out and been more professional to the customers she advised me again they should close this location down because we are short-handed and she was very unprofessional and not helping the so-called new attendant who was very apologetic! Needless to say we had not received a discount a compensation for patiently waiting I was not driving so I was stuck in this car with my husband and my son who wanted the food and we waited and paid full price for everything to have cold fries a McFlurry that was actually a cup of ice cream with cookie crumbs on top no McFlurry. I would not recommend this particular McDonald's to my worst enemies family I hope..I hope corporate finds this and make some corrections and staff especially when it comes to upper management

This place is always so packed and the lines are so long. But that's because there is not much to choose from by this location. Even so, the wait is minimal and the orders are always correct. The staff is friendly too, which is a big plus.

every time i’m here it takes a minimum of 20 minutes JUST to get to the speaker to order. the employees will only greet you if they’ve fully completed the order ahead of yours (yes, in the drive through). they constantly miss the additional things i order, and i’ve had to come back more than once to simply get sauces or the pickles they forgot on my burger. not a fan of the management either.
