Overheard a lady at 0200AM, May 10, 2022. Stating she was going to stop taking people's orders because "these people just keep coming" waited well over 20 minutes for someone to assist me with a order.People wanna get paid, but don't want to work. Waste of time.
Ate inside for breakfast, service prompt & fast. Facility clean including kids play area. Disappointed in the meal value, ex: McGriddle continues to shrink in size, cost increases
Slow service, was stuck in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. You get faster service if you order through a food delivery service.
Couldn't find my order. Cookies tasted like they were store bought. I know it's not the employees fault, there just needs to be better training.
If it wasn't for the app letting me change places while having already sent an order, I would not be very happy right now. Not that I am as I write the review. Came at 4am because it said this location was open on Google maps and IN APP and it was promptly closed when I arrived even tho showed open online. Very disappointing. Would like an explanation if possible.
Very, very slow. Abandoned decent size order made through app last week, because they simply couldn't make it. They should disable app ordering if they are too busy. This week I tried again, but used drive through. They are friendly but slow - probably not employees' fault, guessing understaffed.
No staff communication. Uber eats driver. I approached the DRIVETHRU told them in here for a order told me go to the second order than they say they can’t find my Uber eats pickup order so now they parked me. Very very rude
McDonald’s says they are supposed to serve breakfast until 11 am now (added thirty extra minutes two years ago) and on Fridays supposed to be served until 11:30 am.They don’t follow corporate rules.
Never been disappointed by this McDonald's til today...1st of all I was in the drive thru line for 20 min because they are only using one lane when I notice people coming out...so I parked, got off, and went inside but forgot something, and when I returned the door was locked...almost all the McDonald's are open I don't understand why this one still aint...there was no sign on the door stating the facts that it was closed to general public yet I seen people sitting down eating and ordering..smh
Wish I could give them less. The lights on the building don't work, they don't have any carbonated drinks available, the drive through window shield is cracked, the wait is ridiculous and the food was cold.
