10 out of 5!Fresh, delicious and most importantly they're CONSISTENT. Seriously, its that good!Although this was our first indoor experience at this particular Marco's, it was extremely enjoyable.This particular location is newer, I believe he said it's been open 6 months, so it still has that cleanly shine; even better, the staff were all friendly, and not a single employee appeared to hate their job. If they did, they hid it extremely well.I can count on one hand just how many times we've ever eaten Marco's pizza. Certainly not because of anything they did wrong, but because we're just learning about them; And gratefully so.The bigger corporations like, p Hut, and othes, should be on notice. Patrons like me are sick and tired of inconsistent products, lackluster service, and excuses.Lastly, Marco's has been a breath of fresh air and at their price point... Well, Fugettaboutit!By J. Ordered from door dash, an hour later Marcos cancelled the order. I decided to call Marcos directly and order from them. Placed the order directly. Order arrives an hour and 20 minutes later and is incorrect and cold of course. I call the store and speak to someone who says they will remake the messed up pizza. Another hour and 20 minutes go by and I call the store again and the individual whom answers says he wasn't told about the order and will make and deliver in 20Minutes. I open my door and there's pizza laying on the ground. No one knocked or rang the doorbell, they just left a pizza on the door step and I have no idea how long it was there as they left it off to the side where the ring couldn't even pick them up.. Do not recommend at all.
If you are like me, and grew up on Domino’s and Pizza Hut, but no long find their fare of food as fascinating as you once did, then Marcos’s Pizza Is a breath of fresh air for a foodie like me. They have a great atmosphere for families, and very friendly customer service. The ingredients alway taste fresh and I hear they actually make their dough daily. I stick with the Pepperoni Magnifico because I am a creature of habit, but the menu says they offer wings, subs and salads. Definitely a must try if you have never had them before.
My last time ordering from Marco's Pizza in 2360 Camp Wisdom Rd and Lake Ridge in Grand Prairie TX. There was a bandaid in the breadstick! That's disgusting and unacceptable. I'm glad our kid noticed it before eating it...When I contacted the store the supervisor at the time was hesitant to even give me his name and didn't believe me until I told him I have pictures then his tune changed. The supervisor said it was him preparing the food and it was odd because, he wasn't wearing a bandaid. I told the supervisor well is not odd because I have the evidence to prove it! He wanted to replace the food and i told him i don't want nothing free so I'm waiting to talk to the store supervisor. There's going to be accountability and they need to make changes because that's a health issue. Whoever is making the food should be wearing gloves specially if they have a cut! If I could I wouldn't even give a star review!
We live too far away for delivery, but we are in the neighborhood regularly. Decided to try it. Helpful folks. Took a special order without a problem. And, seriously, the best pizza I've had in a long time. Crusty edges that didn't need to be dipped in something. My wife's calzone was perfect, just like another place that closed long ago. Very pleased.
I called for the first time thinking I would try Marcos pizza and to my surprise upon calling to see if they even deliver to my area, the kid answered the phone said we can't take phone orders and hung up. Now he doesn't know what I was calling for a issue with delivery, online order or question. So I called back twice to tell him that. I got the "assistant manager" and she could careless because they were busy. She obviously can't handle stress and shouldn't be in management. Well when they are less busy I won't be ordering..customer service is everything!
I was craving Marco's Pizza Bowl. I ordered the Meat Lovers! OMG! They never disappoint!
I order from this particular Marco’s all the time, as I live down the street and I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with my service today which usually isn’t the case. I ordered a pizza asked for contactless delivery because “Covid”. They literally never delivered anything. When I called to complain a got someone named Antonio who never apologized for the inconvenience but basically blamed the fact that I requested a contactless delivery. How should that equate to an order completely not delivered. Super disappointed in their service and and what they did to rectify the situation which was to blame me and not apologize and to make this “new”delivery not contactless. TERRIBLE
Ordered a pizza and it came without the garlic and Parmesan on the crust, red pepper and parm packets, and garlic sauce dip but instead a blue cheese dip which was never asked for. The pizza was good it just came without half the stuff I asked for that was clearly printed on the receipt.
Ordered philly cheese steak pizza and buffalo wings... yum yum enjoying left over 2nd day with same freshness as 1st day. Not going anywhere else for my pizza.
