I’m giving them 3 stars because the young man helping us was so nice. The ice cream is good. However I would give 1 star for the price. For 3 ice creams and cones it was almost $30 that is ridiculous. I guess it’s been a while since we came here because last time it was high but more around $18-$20 for 3 of us. For $30 we could do a pretty nice meal. Ice cream shouldn’t cost this much.
Great flavors and good customer service with a smile. Kinda high in price but worth it.
Have enjoyed two beautiful birthday cakes from this location this year. Both were exactly what we asked for and were delicious. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an ice cream cake.
I placed an order for a raving craving sprinkle cake. When I picked it up, the cake looked nothing like the picture. It was a plain ice cream cake with sprinkles and pink icing writing. The manager, instead of trying to solve the issue, proceeded to tell me it was the same cake and it looked okay. I made it known that was not what I had ordered. He said he checked the orders in the morning and did realize it was not as ordered but thought it would be okay because it looked good. After a heated discussion (yes, he was yelling me at me), he offered to either give me the cone and waffle bowl on the side or try fix it but said his writing was not good. He mentioned they were short staffed and finding help was difficult and also said he would not have an issue giving me a refund because they sell out every day. I understand we are in the midst of a pandemic and I appreciate the work people do but this so called manager has no people skills. I ended up getting the cone and waffle bowl on the side because my daughter’s birthday was on that same day but I definitely did not appreciate the manager’s lack of professionalism and poor excuses. Furthermore, getting yelled at by someone who did not fulfill an order as requested is inexcusable.
If heaven can be a place on this world, it would be a Marble Slab Creamery.I'm becoming a creature of habit, and often order the "Cookies & Cake" (Birthday Cake flavored ice cream with Oreos and Cookie Dough). But when the desire for a change strikes me, the options are legion.My daughter loves it. I love it. Absolutely recommended.
My birthday cake was due to pick up during the snowstorm of 2022. I was really worried I would not be able to get it but thankfully someone (a manager maybe?) happened to come in despite them being closed for snow. He decorated the cake and waited for us to pick it up! It was beautiful and delicious.
Customer service and taste is great! If it wasn't so expensive I would give it 5 stars. $25 for 3 small waffle cones.
I ordered a cone with sprinkles and the girl behind the counter gave me the ice cream when it was melty looking. I couldnt even walk all the way to my car without it dripping everywhere. I walked in and asked a young lady for a bowl and she gave me one. I get to my car and find out the cone is STALE. These are teenage girls so im not going to get upset with them because they were very friendly. But management you need to make your ice cream slab colder and make sure cones are fresh. I spent $8 on ice cream just to have to throw the cone away and to eat melted ice cream
This was my first time trying the place and I was not disappointed! The employees were very nice and patient! They ice cream was very rich and creamy! Loved this experience and hope to experience it again soon!
Normally I have great experiences when going to marble slab creamery but today was very different I ordered a black walnut with chocolate covered raisins the ice cream was great as always but those little chocolate raisins tasted like a combination between a dirty chocolate and medicine.
