The food here is amazing but the service is subpar at best. I visited the Grand Prairie location on 7/15 for my 9 year old son's birthday. They bought him out a giant ice cream sundae in an oversized martini style glass. As we were eating the ice cream, my 17 year old daughter yelled "OMG, there's glass in my mouth". She immediately began to spit out what was in her mouth and in the mix of the saliva and ice cream, sure enough there were shards of glass. We panicked and she immediately ran to the bathroom to wash her mouth out while I got the attention of the waitress. When the waitress approached, she apologized and pointed out a chipped section of the glass. She said the kitchen staff must have hit the glass on the counter when making the sundae and the chipped glass had to have fallen in the martini glass. What shocked me was the fact that she was calm and almost seemed to not care. It was as if this was a normal thing. I asked for a manager and after about 7 minutes, the manager never came. We ended up leaving because we had to drop someone with us off at 6:30 pm sharp and at this point, it was 6:10. Before leaving, she apologized and asked if we wanted a free side. A free side? Really? To compensate for the fact that my kid possibly swallowed some glass?? My daughter said she swallowed some of the ice cream out of reaction after chewing on the glass and before spitting it out. Because what she chewed and possibly swallowed would've been a small amount, we decided to monitor her bowel movements for the next 48 hours to ensure there was no blood present in hopes that it would simply pass with no issues. The pieces she actually spit out where a pretty decent size though and I'm sure had she swallowed one of the bigger pieces, this could've turned out really bad. Longhorn Steakhouse, do better and maybe put some quality control processes in place to ensure you're not serving food with pieces of glass in it. Maybe also train your servers on how to properly deal with situations as such and ensure managers are available to respond accordingly.

The steaks were good but a little bit pricey. I got the 43 dollar, 40 day aged steak and the outlaw ribeye that was almost half the price was better and larger. If I were you and you want to taste the best steak for the price go to Texas Roadhouse and order the New York Strip. Its has best flavor for the priced. I the sirloin s are great too but not as great as the NY strip. My wife ordered the salad and she said it was great. I did not try it but it was huge.

Every visit to Longhorn Steakhouse is good one.The service on this visit was slightly under par, but not too bad. We didn't receive any bread until our entrees were served and we asked for it. I was also served iced tea that was still hot. However, with no surprise, our cood was amazing and prepared to our specifications.

My first time here I ordered for takeout. The food was ready right on time and the service was good. All 3 of us got our own food, a ribeye steak, Flo’a filet, and a kids sirloin steak. The food was excellent! We also tried the stuffed mushrooms and wow! Those were so good. I will definitely be back. Everything was great.

Awfull service… lot of tables empty and we been waiting for more than an hour… hope the food is good…

Nice location right of JB toll. Acknowledged immediately and a brief wait. Waiter was attentive and polite. I believe they were short staffed because I think a manager dropped off my appetizer. The hot bread was good and the wings were good. I tried the strawberry salad and fried okra. The okra was crazy good. The salad was fresh but the dressing was a bit too sweet for me. The pepper steak salad with tortilla soup was very good. I usually have their filet mignon but wanted a new experience. The strawberry shortcake was yummy. It was a great way to end the meal.

Delicious food at great prices. Outlaw Ribeye was so juicy and flavorful. Stuffed mushrooms.. Couldn't get enough of them.

Dined here with family and friends after my son's birthday. Food was great. Had the cowboy pork chops and it was juicy. Other plates were good. My wife was given a wrong side but it was amended with the speed of light. Clean, cozy and waitress was friendly and attentive.

called ahead to reserve service for 9 for my birthday dinner. We were told we would be put on the list. Once there we were seated at two tables ( one booth and one table in middle of isle) When we tried to move the table we were told that it is a "fire hazard" for our table to only block one side of the isle it must be in the middle so that when we are all sitting at it we block almost the whole isle. I am partially deaf and have trouble hearing in loud settings and need to read lips in order to stay in the conversation. This is made almost impossible when I am sitting around 10+ feet away from others due to this inconvenience. I would have expected the manager to be of some service as clearly the table is not blocking anything but he would not do anything to help. Words can not state the frustration I face on a dinner that I should have loved to celebrate my birthday.

First time to LongHorn since I relocated from Philly and as usual, it did not disappoint. Wait was long but it was expected. Sat at the bar while I waited. Service was superb, food and drinks were great. Love me some LongHorn.
