I ordered a pizza for delivery from the Grand Prairie store and they said they delivered to my nephew school,so the guy said order on line and we can deliver. Make a long story short, they used DoorDash to deliver and the school would not accept delivery.so I get a text with a picture of the pizza in a car seat. I called the store and the driver did not return the pizza. The Store manager wouldn’t come to the phone and they hung up in my face. Called DoorDash they said they couldn’t reach the driver and that little ceasers had to issue me the refund of 14$. It’s June 7 and I called again today and still no one has helped with my refund.

the staff is doo doo y'all are the worst amount every time I place a digital order it gets cancelled but everyone else gets to do it so of I do it I'm not allowed but everyone else gets to amount every time I asked for the hot and ready the person takes forever getting it gets it wrong thing every time I say a thing the person goe gets someone else
We ate this so fast, that I didn't even get a picture. Pepporoni, hamburger, cheese, crazy bread, wings, and a 2L Strawberry soda. Whew! So hot and tasty. We had to get it twice in two weeks because it was so good.
Fast service. But they are kinda stingy with the cheese.

Accurate given wait time and the front cashier was nice and professional. Staff wore masks. I did notice staff making the food didnt wear gloves. I prefer gloves even with prepping. But after the oven, they weren’t touching the pizza directly. I got the pepperoni with stuffed crust and it was delicious! Price is hard to beat.
I've lived near this little Caesars for a while I think out of every little Caesars in the city I been to this one more then any and I got to say I haven't really had any issues that really stuck out staff is always friendly and the parking lot seems to agree because it's always packed lol would definitely recommend this location enjoy
