Been a while since I went to KFC.This KFC was really good. The chicken was freshly cooked the biscuits were also hot and fresh. The mashed potatoes were really good.If they cook like this all the time I highly recommend this place.Just so y'all know the staff was real nice also.
We don't eat out a lot, and anymore, this is the biggest reason. 8 piece bucket, $18.35 out the door. Ouch! The chicken was good, like always, great seasonings! It's KFC!3 Stars, tables needed cleaned, floor could've used at least a broom.
I have gone to this KFC for years. I will say we’ve had our ups and downs going there, but generally we’ve enjoyed the food. It’s KFC, so you know what to expect. Having said that, we’ve been ordering through DoorDash for our food. It makes it easy, simply because we can place the order on our way home and have it as we get in. It’s just easier all around since we try not to make too many stops on our way. I know that this seems like I could fix it by going to the restaurant myself, which may or may it be true, but I figure it’s up to the restaurant to make sure the customer gets what they’ve ordered.Now, I’ve already called out DoorDash for not having the driver figure out the order was nowhere near correct, but I want to call out this particular KFC because the last 3 times I’ve ordered from them they have found a way to completely screw up the order. It’s either missing part of the meal, which I then have to find a way to replace for the one of us who didn’t get it, or like today l, they completely screw it up. How you think few tenders and a little chicken sandwich makes up for a 12 pieces meal is beyond me! I realize I shouldn’t have given over so many chances to this. I take the blame completely for repeatedly beating my head into the wall. I knew they screwed up on a regular basis and still tried to hold out hope they wouldn’t mess up this time. Lesson learned. Never again. I actually like their stuff, but it’s not worth the hassle.
Showed up @ 10:45 AM 03/15/2022. Drive thru message said they were closed. Tried to enter thru lobby doors, they had them locked. Hours of operation posted on door says they open @ 10:30 AM. Could see an employee working inside, however.
They were busy but they still got all of my order correct. Even put in the sauce packets. Nothing was missing from my large order. I spent over 50 bucks getting different options too. They did great!
I ordered the chicken sandwich because of the whole Popeyes chicken sandwich crazy last year so I wanted to try KFCs. I ordered this sandwich and was 100% underwhelmed. I took one nite into the sandwich and all I had was mostly mayo. I opened the sandwich to see what was going on inside. I saw a small piece of meat drowned in a sea of mayo. Who wants that much mayo?! I went back inside to just get a piece of crispy chicken breast instead. A few blocks down the road I opened it to eat the chicken brest and it was the original chicken not the crispy. I just tossed it because I don't like the original. Usually have better service. I'm not sure what happened that day and the chicken sandwich is definitely a disappointment.
The last several visits have been terrible. The woman at the window is awful. She is rude and appears to hate people. This last drive thru visit she got upset when my wife asked her to wipe off the drink cup because it was all wet from them over filling it. The woman rolled her eyes and gave her a dirty look. While wiping it down you could tell she was talking to fellow workers. When they put the sandwich in the bag they looked down in the bag and began laughing hard. We threw the food away when we got home. No way were we going to risk eating something that was most likely tampered with. We will NEVER go to this location again. And if we had video we would turn it in to the health inspector office. This location has gone down hill and in the dump. We called the manager after a visit last month and by her tone and lack of concern she didn't care one bit. Wish we could give this location a negative star rating.
Horrible customer service. I said my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. A bunch of kids working rude and no regard to the customer
There is always something missing in my order. Really disappointed my kids love kfc.
I follow a pescatarian, plant-based and some vegan diets. I had to go to KFC to try the plant based chicken. It was good! Manager made it fresh for me. I really appreciated that.
