I ordered 10pcs Chicken Tender with 2 large fries no salt and biscuit no drinks. Took about 10-15 mins waiting on the side drive. When my order finally came, no ketchup, the fries were dripping oil and chicken dry and over salted, the biscuit might have been made 8 hrs ago," stonelike". I am a chef by profession and this is the worst food I ever been served. unfortunately it was so un palatable, i through the whole order in the trash costing me $29. Very unfortunate
Y'all got all these young babies looking exhausted, working and the manager is where? This is shameful. Y'all need to hire more people and stop overworking these kids who are obviously in school too. Pathetic.

I tried the Beyond chicken nuggets. They probably would have been good if they weren't over cooked. And the green beans were very salty.
The plant based chicken nuggets called Beyond Fried Chicken taste really good. I hope they leave it on their menu.
Got home and realized they had given us no straws, no wings, and no receipt. Tried to call their 800 number and was put on hold for way too long. Paid 30 bucks for two combos and no proof. I NEVER complain like this or send food back but this was too much.

Ordered the 12pc but changed to the $30 feast for the cookies and guess what? Got home no cookies and they don't answer the phone. I'll go back but my grandkids want the cookies now. It's better to call as soon as something is wrong. FYI...I also got crunchy instead of original and that was a tasteless mistake.

The food was good but they messed our order up. And they were not busy the first round. When going back to have them fix it the wait was very long
