I placed a mobile order on 5/13 I got a call immediately from a woman saying they were closing early because they were out of everything and my order will be voided . It was not voided it css as me out of my account it’s a week later and nobody can help
We ordered through door dash at 7:16 at 8:05 (how’s that for freaky fast?) it stated it was delivered. It was not, called the store multiple times without an answer (since the drivers are JJ not DD drivers that was our help option) even thought they closed at 9. Will call in the morning to speak to someone about a refund. Had to find a place open that could deliver quickly so we could feed our kids and get them in bed.
Wow. I have never had such a bad experience at any other Jimmy John’s. I ordered three sandwiches and each one barely had any meat in it. $40 spent on bread, lettuce and tomato. I will not be going back to this location!
I give two stars only because of store hours . Only at this location They close at 7 p.m. I got there 1 minute after and was told they. Were completely out of everything
Terrible business. Always late by an hour or so. Lately they cancel orders online after 30 mins of waiting and never answer thier phones. Tell me why they are open on Sundays but jimmyjohns customer service is not? They won't be around for long.
Barely any type of veggies, mainly just meat and a little bit of vinegar/spices. Still ate it (obviously) as I'm a field technician and was already at my jobsite. Was just disappointed in what I got
I love Jimmy Johns and this was not my normal store ?. I asked and was charged for bacon on my number 11 but as you see in the photo there is no bacon at all. Also, requested sandwich to be cut in half and I had to cut it myself. I usually go to Abraham's location and they know me by name, my order.
Lettuce was old, tomatoes had stems and the staff was rude and ignored me when I was the only person standing there until another custom came in behind me and they looked right past me and asked what they wanted. Might have just been those employees, but I won't be visiting this location again.
While on the go with no time for a sit down meal, I decided to stop in Jimmy Johns for a quick bite. Great choice!! The service upon entering the store was friendly, genuine and fast. While always looking for an exceptional dining experience, it was found at this Jimmy Johns. The turkey Little John was just the right size. If I had a plate it would have been a clean one?. Love this place these guys make a great sandwich my favorite is the spicy Italian 16” it’s a little pricey but worth every bite
