Good sandwiches but expensive for what you get even at today's inflated prices $6 for a cheese sandwich and $3 for a small glass of tea is too much. Service and counter help is polite, quick, interior is pleasant clean and cool in the hot Texas heat. If there was another place near by I would go there knowing what I now know.

I recently attended Jason deli today with my husband and was immediately greeted by the short heavy set guy with glasses and orange shirt in the front. He gave my husband the worst and most targeting behavior. He proceeded to try and give multiple excuses to why he couldn't place his order and when it came time to finally get our food. The guy screamed my husband's name across the store. It was extremely embarrassing and not to mention my husband suffers from moderate ptsd which caused him to immediately direct his attention towards the employee in frightening gestures. This incident resulted in us losing our remote to our car at this restaurant and it has never been returned.

Clean dinning area. Great location. Stocked salad bar. Bring a jacket though bc it's freezing in there! Burr

The tables are filthy. Nasty, sticky, greasy. It’s as if every table was wiped down with a dirty greasy dish rag. Actually my wife says this is the COVID-19 approved cleaner that restaurants are required to use. Can this be true? It’s disgusting.

I visit this location quite often and decided to leave a review today. The employee who I believe to be the morning manager is quite often rude and short when I am placing my order. Today, when placing my order he was quick and short when I questioned him about the order I was placing. This was 10:30 in the morning so the lunch rush had not started. He appears to be a hard worker because he is always there and asking the other employees to do things while taking my order. Customer service training seems to be in order.

We ordered the turkey wrap and beefeater for dinner and were disappointed with both. The turkey wrap tortilla was hard and the bread to the beefeater was hard. So disappointed as we were looking forward to this meal all day.

Typically I would rave about this place here in Grand Prairie. Always had great service with really no complaints. But now that they’ve opened their salad bar again, I refuse to pay full price for a salad bar that I can only fill my plate one time. I am a person that likes the different options without mixing all the flavors. Needs to go back to multiple trips with fresh plates.

The food was great great customer service if you feel like eating someone quick and healthy Jason data should be the one with more different restaurant.

So thankful Grand Prairie has finally gotten a Jason's Deli ??Hubby and I enjoy the food and service we receive there. ?Last night we paid the restaurant a visit.Hubby had a Po Boy with chips and I devoured that massive potato with a ton of fixings in it ?Their menu has a wide variety of things to choose from, including delicious desserts ?Give Jason's Deli a visit today! ?

Went in a 2:30 after leaving Ikea. The restaurant was filthy. Tables, floors and the buffet lacked many items. No bowls or cones for soft serve. Turns out the salad bar is just a single trip now, I didn't know that so I went home hungry. We don't eat out a whole lot and don't have a Jason's deli near us. Not very happy with this outing.
