We go there 3 to 4 times a week and it never fails they either make the order to their custom and don’t care how we want it after paying for it! Tried calling them the number is not even the correct number you can’t even contact them with number listed. It’s just going to be a big habit for them you have to check everything before leaving and then they rush you at the window trying to make sure of your order. And these are not small orders Usually large orders. SMH! They Don’t Care!!!
I ordered from here last night through the mobile app. Once I arrived to pick up the order I paid for only to see a sign saying they are closed. I called this morning only to get SURPRISE. a non working number.I get it, staff shortage, but how about you shut the app off if no one is there to place the order? Not only did I go somewhere else, but I paid for 2 meals and now have to jump through email hoops to get my money back. Poor service all the way around!!
They lady was very rude said that they are close. This is not right for me as a Uber Drive getting pay to do personal delivers orders . This Jack In The Box suppose to close 12 am on a Sunday and I arrive 10:23 pm. She should not have refuse me the Uber Driver my order.

The food was good. Just failed to not put onions or tomatoes on the jumbo jack my wife ordered. And my nephew had stated he wanted regular fries and they gave him curly fries. Other than the mishaps food really was good.

Quick and fast as a drive thur should work and appreciate that all the food was hot.
Normally pretty good all around, but just got back from there and waited in line forever. Literally 25-30 mins and normally wouldn’t care but the food is trash! Everything is cold, tacos are limp, curly fries are the only thing that are ok.. regret going there today!
Good, fresh burgers, various types, reasonable prices. All day breakfast items and good service
