The cashier made my food. He didn't have a hair net on or washed his hands before making my food. He didn't put gloves on. Needless to say I didn't eat the food. I will eat something that wasn't prepared with clean hands. He dropped a French fry on the counter and picked it up with his bare hands and put it in my box. Disgusting!!!! Gross!!!
Today I went to this establishment- the drive thru had a long line. I had to go to class- so didn’t have much time, and just I wanted a shake- so I decided to go inside because I didn’t want to wait in a busy drive thru for a single item. I went inside, and saw customers ordering. The manager turned and said something in Spanish to the employees in the back. Then she came out from behind the car & told me they were closed. She escorted me out of the restaurant. I asked “you’re closed?” She said “yeah, go through the drive thru.” Then closed the door in my face, and locked it.
I use to go to this place as a Teen in High School and it’s well worth the price for food

Really happy with their service. Never had a bad experience. Food is always good and they are always nice and professional.
I will never eat at this jack in the box again.My order was gross the bread was hard as a rock and I can't even tell you what the drink was. Like a mixture of dr.pepper and Hawaiian Punch. I ain't even mad just highly disappointed. If you don't like working there then quit and let someone who is willing to do the job right. 12/29/2021
Waiting on a long drive thru line for nothing. They are only serving combos 1-6 as per their manager. Wasted 15 minutes of my time for nothing. They don't even have that posted anywhere. You find out at the speaker after your trapped in their line and can't get out. They need to be reported to corporate.
Lady was rude, took forever with my food, food is cold, jalapeño poppers are nasty. Didn’t give me all my food I usually check for my food before I leave.but thinking I had to wait a little longer it would be correct . But it wasn’t. Had to go back up there.
I stop going to this place cause they mess up on my order all the time,i when again,cause I stop going for a while cause always there were give me wrong order oh missing something that I order. And this time I thought I was going to be different and NO I did happen again.
