The food was good. They get a should probably be a2 but it's because I was shorted two tacos on my order?. When I went back they had cloased.. so I couldn't complain to anyone. Tomorrow is a different story.
The inside is always extremely nasty(especially since covid), like food everywhere. Sticky soda spills everywhere. The soda machine is always nasty. Which makes me wonder about the food preparation. The morning team is pretty good. Which is the best time to get breakfast or dinner is in the morning. I refuse to go at night anymore. Night shift is horrible! Slow, poor customer service, food is overcooked or cold or halfway cooked.
Stop by for lunch and lady drive tru named Cooper ( I ask her name ) has the most amazing customer skill ever !!! Super fast and very well spoken !!! Wish I can have people like her at my stores.
Oh hack in the box how I missed you. I dont live in a state that has a jack in the box and sometimes you don't know what you had till its gone. I love the tacos and the munchies meals are to die for
It’s suppose to be open 24 hours through the drive through but it’s always closed. Change menu boards and signs. This is the only jack in the box I’ve been to that’s always closed when it’s supposed to be open.
This whole area is just not it. This jack in a box lies on the times of operation, it says 24hrs that’s a huge lie. Half the time u go at night they claim the system is down it’s literally an inconvenience for the community.
ARE YOU KIDDING!How do you run a drive-thru when your menu board doesn't work? I mean half of it is actually not there, and the other half is broken.Imagine ordering breakfast when you can't see what they have for breakfast and the associate acts like she doesn't know the menu either. SmhUnless you have a full grasp of Jack's menu, I suggest you go some place else, or go inside. ?
I was very disappointed here. The entire restaurant was filthy when I went to sit down after receiving my food. The bathroom was even more disgusting. It was my first ever time at Jack in the Box and most definitely my last!

I submitted a mobile order on 11.1.21 and when my husband went to pick up our order he said that the place was dark, so I told him well go to the drive thru because the app says that the dining room is closed but drive thru is open 24 hrs. To both of our surprise they were closed but yet my order was still submitted not only that when he was trying to explain to them that I sent an order their only words well I don't know what to tell you but we are closed and after that silence. No manager could come and explain anything just down right rude and then when I tried to call them this morning 11.2.21 to speak with a manager the number that is listed for them says that it isn't a working #. People don't appreciate when you try to be nice and kind that want you to act up so that they can call the police and say that you are acting irate. Never going back to Jack in the Box again that was the last straw for me I don't want to even give one star it should be zero stars.
