I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout-out to Bobo. I’m a late night person and often visit this Jack in the Box location after midnight.Every single time I’ve visited since I moved to Grand Prairie last year, Bobo has been working and is always incredibly kind. She takes pride in her work, double checks the orders for accuracy and makes sure she asks if you need any condiments. I also appreciate that while masks are no longer required, she continues to wear one to protect herself and others.I’m not sure what her position is with the company, but she should definitely be recognized in some way. I can certainly tell that she goes above and beyond each and every day and she’s truly an asset to Jack in the Box. I will definitely continue to visit this location because of her!
Staff was nice and friendly despite it being 2 a.m.However, the cook was terrible and complaining about specialized orders. They were annoyed that we ordered no onions. Like, super annoyed. And then added extra onions to the order I guess in spite. The cashier was so sweet though and went above and beyond to apologize and try to make it right, even after the cook threatened to "spit in our sh*t". That's why they get 5 stars.
Stopped going there years ago cause the quality had been so bad, but today , WOW it was on point, food temperature was good, and speed of the line was great, they really turned it around over there

Every single time I order a coke at this location it tastes absolutely awful. Flat and with a really weird flavor.
Has been my best place to grab breakfast on my work days ( Friday - Sunday ) . Ms Barbara the window cashier is very welcoming and friendly. She gives best customer service
Go to the 1 off beltline and 303, very nice, very clean, great service, ten times better... Will never go here again. Cant imagine them paying, or giving free food for good reviews. its less than a mile from me and i will get a hotdog from qt before wasting money here. Cant get what you ordered, cant order in english or even spanish, these people cant cook a egg without it looking like burnt mushrooms. Its like their reading the menu from a "cyrillic alphabet" i think thats spelled right
The guys that were on staff on October 31 2021..we're the most accommodating employees ever. The place was clean, they even helped me out to my car. The day shift is awesome!! Ty guys!!
Listened to my order for extra sauce on my tacos, did not disappoint!!! Tacos were fresh and hot with crisp lettuce and extra sauce, not like they've been sitting for days how most of them taste with soggy lettuce (but I still love em) I couldn't believe it when I bit into it. By far best tacos hands down! Way to go Jack in the box!!!
Great food for early in the morning. Tne croissant was extremely good
