May 3rd at 9am store was not busy AT ALL and very quiet, not to many people only our table and 2 more tables were there. Our server brought me the menu and just disappeared and came back after a while, gave us some coffee and drinks, then disappeared again. She brought us the food and never came back again. Not even to ask if we need more coffee. When I stood up guess where she was? Sitting in the corner on her phone. And it was my first and last time. After a while she brought the receipt and never came back. She doesn’t even ask if we’re okay, not even if we need anything. So after a while I just left the cash on the table with the receipt I wanted to get my change back, I didn’t even want to give her a tip. But I ended up just leaving the money there because she never came back it was my first time every trying ihop. Okay food but bad service!
Took quite a while for our food to come and my chicken nuggets were burnt, but our waitress was very kind about it and gave extra chicken strips. Overall pretty good.
Good food but a super long wait for a dinner on a weekday.The wait-staff is polite, and Regina who served us is a very sweet and amiable person!This IHOP is a pretty popular spot with people streaming in continuously.
Great service and great food! Our server was on point with our order, kept our drinks full, and was super friendly! The food was great and exactly what we were expecting and hot out of the kitchen.
Got the philly cheese steak stacker it was so burnt even after I pulled most if the meat off I still couldn't eat it tried to call the resturant kept going straight to hold and no one ever answered
Terrible service. Tried the curbside pickup, texted the number on the sign, waited for 15 minutes, nothing. While waiting, called and was placed on hold the entire 15 minutes. Went inside and they said the text process doesn't work, it only works via the IHOP app. Then I told them I was on hold waiting and they said, "Oh, the phones don't work right now". Truly terrible service and process.
Took a long time to get service. The restaurant was 80% empty and people were waiting over 15 minutes to be seated some left. To be so short handed. Makes you wonder why open.
5252 S State Hwy 360, Grand Prairie, TX 75052This has been the 2nd time I've been to this location The the quality of the food is good but the service is very lacking I try curbside service And after texting and waiting 10 minutes my food was still not there have to go inside to get it Asked did I do the texting wrong and the lady said nothing just walked away If I could give negative 5 stars I would I will make sure to take this restaurant off my dining breakfast lunch or dinner

Good service no wait time. The server did a great job provided us with menu's and took our drinks order. Food was cooked has ordered and good temperature. Will return.
