It was good.. I'm glad I tried something different because last time I tired IHOP in little rock.. lol let's just say it was a bad experience... nevertheless I gotten a southwest burrito minus avocado ? , minus the bacon pieces ? with a hash brown... nice customer services... I was going to get more but was like eh.. wanted to eat less... I could've went for a fruit cup but eh.. lol great place.. we went early tho... everything was fresh.. the salsa isn't spicy but I used the hot sauce they gave us.. yep if you ever in Dallas Texas... check this place out! Early in the morning if you want some hot breakfast!
Wonderful. Food was great and the server was awesome. Just to have a waitress that is nice and respectful is all I could ask for but my beautiful waitresses name was Kat and thanks to her I will be back and will recommend this location to everyone.
Overall it was okay.. The waitress was good at checking on us, but sure wasn't happy about doing it.. I ordered breakfast sandwich with hash browns and got fries, my husband ordered seasoned fries and got regular. Other than that it was just okay!
I don't know all these breakfast places blast the ac. Makes no since! Food gets cold really fast. Not just that. I've been here 4 times and the order is never right. The servers are nice but don't know the menu or the options. Training for these restaurants has to be better and the temperature control needs to be better.
Generally a good experience. No real complaints, but just a word of caution, double check your pick up orders for everything! Too many times have I gotten home to realize we are missing drinks or some portion of the food. I've complained once but got a generic response so they don't really care. Just do it and make sure yourself, you'll be happier when you get home!
My kid and I were the only 2 people there...AND THEY STILL MANGED TO SCREW UP THE ORDER!!! They loaded the burger we asked for plain, and brought fries instead of onion rings. The food was hot, and the portion was good. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because of the server. She was nice polite and attentive. I'd go here for good service, not good food.
Service was great and fast! I'm not sure who the waitress was the night we were there, Im bad with names, but considering she was the only one working and still managed to ensure we were taken care of was awesome! Outstanding service and the food was great ?
Very slow. Even here there is not a rush they seem really slow and kinda just there cause they have to be not because of anything else. I understand if it. was one time but its all the time. You can hear the manager yell at his people in the kitchen sometimes and it is just a awkward type of situation.
Karen is an amazing server! Great customer service and the kitchen is fast!Months later and this IHOP, the whole server team here is friendly and hardworking.Karen continues to rock remembering all our drinks, condiments and even orders without us asking. She provides amazing service!
After waiting almost 45 minutes we received our food and it was all barely warm. I’m not sure what the problem was, but we sent everything back. The food was okay, but still not what as expected. I’ll return, but it will not be anytime soon.
