I had a great visit at hooters yesterday. The environment was cool and the food was on point, haven’t had hooters food taste that good in a while. I came in with a big group thinking it would be a while till we were seated, but the manager Jessica was able to make it happen. She was very tentative, kind, and down to earth. I think I found my favorite hooters in the DFW, I’ll definitely be back this week.

I arrived at around 6PM. The hostess sat me by the door and there I waited, for a while... My waitress finally made it over to my table to take my drink order and afterward walked over to the hostess and hung out there with another waitress for about 5 minutes before putting in my drink order which was simply Mountain Dew. When it arrived, the drink was closer to soda water than a soft drink. I waited for a good while again before the waitress came back to take my meal order. I used the time to look around the place and noticed all of the waitresses were standing beside each other and staring at their cell phones. There was none of the usual waitress to customer banter that I am used to seeing at a Hooters. For 6PM on a Thursday evening the place was very slow. My food finally came out and after finishing I had to get up and ask the hostess where to pay because my waitress was otherwise engaged. All in all, the place seems like it could use some fresh motivation from somewhere. What is going on now isn't working well.

Waitress gave good service.I'm used to better. I guess when they know you, they treat you better.Food was good. Was told wait time was 5 mins. Waited about 15. Other people that got there after us were seated first. ???

Not bad Hannah was great!

Usually this place isn't to bad. We didn't have the best experience when it came to wait time and service at our last visit but the food was good. I'm willing to write this off as a fluke for that day. Will give them another chance as far as service goes.

Brenna was amazing! I can’t rave enough of how much of a great server she was. She was quick, very nice and was just pleasant to have as a waitress! Next time I come I will be asking for her again and I’m not one to ask for certain people going to restaurant but she’s just that great! Manager Vanessa was awesome too! On a busy Friday night she came to hear how amazing her staff is. The food and environment was great and I’ve been coming for years.

By far the most upsetting experience ever. For one you could definitely tell that the bar didn’t know how to cut peoples drinks off. One guy was way past his drinking limit and he was just being so drunk and loud for no reason. The food took a whole hour to get to the table and the quality of it was not tasty at all. The appetizer was cold and you could just tell it has been sitting under a heat lamp. Can’t really blame any of it on the server because she was trying to do her best. I get and understand that all establishments are having a hard time right now but how is it right that you wait a whole hour for your food and then once it comes out it’s cold

Hooter was not even good it was the worst place that I've ever been through. The price is overwhelmed. $5 for extra fries really. Different sports bar sell with fries but good price. It's just ridiculousIf you make a combo with the fries like 10 piece of wings and fries. Then yeah I'll come back. But when you order anything you don't get no fries with it. What happened to the old time where you can order some wings and fries. I mean if y'all give me one time special I'll come back I'll bring some people.

Good service and great wings!

Some of the worst service I've experienced at a Hooters. I've returned back to this location a few times as I know people have bad days, but each experience actually got worse. 1st visit food and service was good. 2nd visit the waitresses seem stressed and overworked. They didn't acknowledge you when you walked in (and they see you) luckily the food was good. 3rd visit the waitress visibly seemed bothered at a distance that we were there but was not rude in person. The food was poorly prepared. The meat on the sliders were half of the regular portion, the wings were dry and overcooked with little to no sauce. Finally on our last visit, we walked in and noticed 80% of the tables were filled with left over foods, cups, and napkins from previous customers, and none of the waitresses on duty were bothering to clean the tables. I know they weren't bothering with the tables because we waited for a legitimate 15 min and no one even batted an eye at our presence. No they were not busy at all, maybe understaffed, but not busy. We left and went to another restaurant that night. I hope this location improves.
