Always great food, healthy and delicious choices. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean too. I eat here at least 4 days a week.
The sides were great. I paid extra for a breast and all I got was 1/3 of a breast. It was dry and low quality. I am sure there was less than 4 oz of chicken. Very low quality. Too bad
The food and service were amazing! The chicken is always tasty and juicy and the menu selections make it easy to get a variety. Will definitely be back!
Unsatisfied with the food, I was very iffy about this place... I won't be going back, I think the only food that was good was the chicken... Oh Well....

This is my least favorite pollo loco location. It's either the food is not right the service is bad .. it's always something. I like the location on 360 much much better

Great customer service, clean, food was fresh and good. Store manager was awesome he was accommodating customers, grilling chicken and cleaned tables! Great place for dinner!
Very bad service because I made the order to take away, they sent me to parking, and they would take the order to the car, they lasted more the 25 minutes. I went in to see what happened to my order they had forgotten and they started doing it at time, I do not recommend this place,,
great chicken in tacos, salads, and taquitos. Lots of healthy delicious options. Their churros are so good!
