Once again I ordered one thing but got something completely different. The chicken was dry and a pretty much shredded instead of chunks. The lettuce was wilted and the rest was so wet that the tostada shell wasn’t edible. They charged me for the higher priced salad I ordered but I didn’t get what I paid for. The quality used to be great but in the past year has declined to the point I’ll find somewhere else to get what I pay for. This was the Grand Prairie TX store on Hwy 360x
Today I went to this place and everything was good until I get home with my food, I order a chipotle chicken avocado burrito and when I started eating I noticed that there was not chicken at all, it was only the tortilla with a lot of rice and beans and just a touch of avocado BUT NOT chicken at all, I’m not happy with this, the costumer service was pretty good but just the order they don’t put chicken to my burrito.
The meat was cooked like I like it and that hamburger fries were good couldn't ask for a better Burger liked it I will be back

My husband and I enjoyed the food but the food is good at all locations. What we loved specifically about this location is the customer service! Jill was extremely pleasant and professional! The customer service she provided was probably the best I have ever received! Seriously y’all!! If you ever read this Jill, THANK YOU and we will be coming back!
I ordered one healthy side and a chipotle burrito.The serving size is good, and it’s savory and good! It’s a place specialized in chicken meals, so you can expect to have a chicken leg/wing and also some salad with chicken toppings or burritos with chicken. It seemed like a healthy pick and I would like to try something more the next time!
Have been coming here for years and the staff is always great. The food I've had has been delicious and it's all very affordable. This is one of my favorite places to go to for lunch.
The food I managed to receive was fine; The Birria Quesadilla was nice. HOWEVER I was missing my guacamole, and got rice instead of charro beans. Additionally, I didn't receive a receipt.
