The drive thru employee working at this moment says the blender is down for frozen coffee every day to me and/or my girlfriend, if we wait until she leaves and a new person is on the microphone, it magically gets fixed, don't go to this dunking if you are wanting anything to do with a blender because depending on who's behind the counter it won't be working
Coffee always great, donuts fresh, Dunkin employees always friendly and eager to help. I would highly recommend this store.
I don’t enjoy this location. Stale donuts & they never have any flavors to make drinks. Every time I go the ladies are extremely rude, no receipt is provided. Their phone never works & they never answer. The sweet tea is gross, old, and over brewed. Go Support local shops that have better quality.
Horrible customer service. I ordered an iced coffee in the drive thru. I was told to pull around to the window. When I pulled up at the window…. I handed the guy my debit card….. I was never told the total, hello, goodbye, nothing….. just complete silence during the whole transaction…… so rude, no customer service skills, no basic social skills. I’ll never be back.
I was craving donuts one night so I sent my daughter to get a dozen. I figure if it's open evenings they should have daily fresh donuts. No, this was not the case. They were hard, horrible donuts. So I went back the next morning hoping they would compensate with some fresh donuts, instead we were greeted by a rude lady and told her to just throw them in the trash. What a waste of money. Never again will I go there.So disappointed ☹️?
Ordered a sourdough sandwich it was horrible. Bread has a frozen refrigerator flavor to it. Donuts where hard and definitely not fresh . Only thing good was the coffee.
I like Dunkin but they didn't taste fresh out the oven like usual.
So the first time I went here was when it first opened and they were a mess, so I wanted to give them some time to get themselves together. With that out of the way, it has not gotten any better. I went back on 11/27/2021 and the donut are subpar at best and the kolaches were warm on the outside and cold in the middle. At the price point that they have set to compete with Krispy Kreme you would think they would be simply Delicious, but they simply are not. I have gotten better donuts at a gas station.
The staff inside didn't acknowledge me walking in then was rude when I said excuse me to get thier attention. They were wearing airpods. When she DID come to the counter she was really nice and made my drink REALLY fast.
