I see a lot of bad reviews for this place, but Jasmine the GM is not a reflection of those reviews. She preformed well under pressure. Had great communication and customer service. She maintained a high level of professionalism despite being short staffed. My pizza was delicious and made correctly. I will definitely make this my go to store. She needs a raise and a promotion.

Thursday night. Ordered for delivery cancelled. Ordered for in store pickup order cancelled. Went to store to order in person. Wanted two pastas and marble cookie under 3 or more coupon. Didn't have desert. Offered cinnamon apple free of charge. Charged regular carry out price for pasta and 9.99 for apple desert. Not real happy with service.

First, the online ordering was great. And the good was great.HowEVER... Order tracker showed my "carside delivery" order was ready, so I rushed to the store to get it and tapped the "I'm here" spot. The 2 minute timer started. 2 minutes?? Really? 5 minutes later, I'm still sitting in my car waiting for my "ready" pizza to arrive. 5 more minutes passed, so I got out of my car and went in. I STILL had to wait ANOTHER 5 minutes for them to find & give me my order.Only good thing from the experience is that I get a free pizza because they didn't bring my order to me within the 2 minutes. (I will definitely be ordering it from a different store though.) Sure wish I hadn't agreed to the "suggested" tip when I ordered.

Worst experience ever. Ordered pizza at 1900 on June 10. Took over 2 hours to arrive ‘because we only have one driver’. Phoned store and the person that answered was rude, unprofessional and essentially said I don’t care, I’ve worked for Dominos for 9 yrs, I know how it works. Delivery insurance is a joke. Shameful service. Things happen. Be polite.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this location and the service has been unacceptable. I ordered 3 boxes of pizza and 45 minutes later I receive a txt stating, “Your dominos order has been canceled.” I called the location and the representative states, she is the only 1 there and they have no drivers. I’m not unset at the representative, I’m upset at the management for allowing the location to be ran the way it is. If you are that understaffed, just close the location. A 3 hour wait for a PICKUP on a “normal” Wednesday night?!?!

Placed an order for delivery. Was was waiting for 45 minutes. I called the store they said that they do not have delivery drivers and they were slammed. I told them I will pick it up since it already has been an hour. Once I got there I noticed that the store lights were off. As I parked I saw three employees playing with the dough. One kid dropped the dough and picked it up and kept tossing in the air. One kid was on the counter and on his phone. Very disappointed from this location.

I'm going to give you some stars because I know y'all are trying.. this is my tip for you. Remove delivery as an option until it is an actual option. Or figure out how to give an accurate time window online. An hour and 15 minutes later.. still no pizza. This is the second time. Gave it a year or so in between and nothing has changed.If you want a pizza from this location, pickup is where it's at for now.

This place needs new management. Manager should get fired. I ordered a pizza and called them after 1 hour and 30 minutes because the tracker was still saying it was in prep. They told me it would be here in the next 15 minutes. Called them again after 2 hours because the tracker said the driver had entered my neighborhood and I thought he probably couldn't find my house. They told me they were boxing it up. So I asked why my pizza was still at the store when the app said the driver had entered my neighborhood. He said that he did not know and was very rude. I told him that I was going to give them a bad review and he replied "oh I'm so scared". This is the second time I've ordered from them and never got my pizza. I now see why this store has so many bad reviews.

TERRIBLE!!! Literally the worst domino's I've ever ordered from! My order did not arrive until 3 hours after I ordered it! Said it was being prepared 3 different times on the mobile update app. I attempted to call several times to cancel it but COULD NOT GET THROUGH ( 62 MINS) total on hold!!!Then delivery driver arrives and Literally shouved the pizza in my hand and turned around when I asked why could I not cancel it since nobody answered the phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? total disrespect and rude. What is the world coming to.

My order was canceled with no notice, look I get it, it’s busy and that happens. Then they try and blame it on a “worker shortage” there is no shortage, just a shortage of people wanting to work for $3 an hour. If you’d just pay employees you wouldn’t have these staffing problems! Food for thought that’s edible, unlike yours.
