Absolutely garbage. Store messed up order and will not answer phone to talk about it. This is by far the worst dominos I have ever been to.

BURNT PIZZAS! SO BURNT! I've been a regular for quite some time and 1 out of 5 times they actually baked them good! This time was burnt!

This location Sucks. Another repeat issue with an order. I can take long delivery but not half done orders. I ordered parmesan bites that were literally dripping butter and greasy. Order 5 cheese dip that was like liquid. Not done and cheese not melted. Pizza was so so. Called the store to ask for manager and an employee had the nerve to say she's busy. EXCUSE me. I asked for a manager. So now the manager had employees screening calls for them. I stayed on hold 30min before I hung up. Pathetic!!

The Appgave me three free pizzas. The next time I tried to order on Saturday it said the store was closed oh, when it wasn't. So I try to reset my password in the app messed up. Gave me a blank screen. Now I can't use my email and I can't reset my password. And I can't get my three free pizzas

This location has horrible customer service. I placed an online order for delivery and a hr and a half later no one showed with my order. I tried calling but they never answered the phone. Since my money was taken, I had no choice but to drive to the location to speak to someone. When I got there I was glad I never got my food because it’s filthy in there. I never saw anyone wash there hands after coming from outside touching everything before sprinkling cheese on pizza. When I explained my order issue, it didn’t seem to phase them. It happens all the time apparently. Don’t waste your time at this location. Hey

I ordered 10 pizzas online ahead of schedule for pickup at 11am. This pizza was for a pizza party for my students. The website clearly stated that multiple pickup times were available from 11am to 12pm. Once I left school and reached the parking lot at 10:55am, I received a phone call informing me that they could not complete my order unless I wanted to wait over an hour past the already agreed pickup time. When I explained that this was for a school pizza party, the employee apologized but let me know that other schools had also ordered. Due to the increased demand for the opening hour, my order(which was already prepaid online) was pushed to the end of the line.Since my students would be gone by the time they could fulfill the order that Domino's agreed to via their website, I pleaded once more for them to help me out. The response was to offer me $25 towards my next order. This isn't the first time we've had issues. It's not the second. This is a 3rd or 4th chance for my group at campus. I have no use for $25 that has to be used at a location who can't fulfill the orders they allow their website to take.I had to go back to school and explain to 21 students( some of which planned for this to be their lunch) that there would be no pizza. This location seems to need serious management overhaul. For this reason, I give this location the lowest possible rating in hopes that it will motivate the decision makers at this location to step up and improve their performance.

I love Domino's and think it's the best pizza chain around. In my opinion however, this location is outclassed by their location on Pioneer. Still a solid 4 stars.

I order 3 pizza at 515 and I arrived at 6 pm to find out the lady hasn’t even started on the 3rd pizza.Very bad costumer service and will never come back again.

My pizza was not fresh. It was obviously an older pizza, a rebake, with added ingredients. We ordered marinara sauce with double cheese, it tasted like robust and there was hardly any cheese at all. The crust was thin and not hand tossed. Very disappointing.

We're done ordering from this store. It's almost guaranteed something will be wrong with your order or it will take over an hour for delivery. When I call, I'm told there's only 2 drivers and they are busy. Your food sits under a heat lamp drying out for 45 min before a driver finally picks it up so by the time it gets to you, the food is luke warm and dried out like a raisin. Such a shame because before moving here we had a great dominos delivering quality on time every time.
