Something always with this store. I was trying to place my order through the app. When pressing place order it says error. I contact someone to send my order to the store she couldn’t even do it and hung up on me. I try changing my order to carry out to see if it will work and doesn’t either still says error. Get it together. Never had problems til recently with this dominos!
They canceled my order after it was already made instead of delivering it to my home. Then won't answer the phone and they don't close for 2 more hours. Nobody will assist me that I CAN get in touch with and resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable! I've been waiting for an hour and a half for an order to be delivered when I could have and SHOULD have went somewhere else. I now know for future pizza orders to avoid this company like the plague...

Worst customer service ever, I called my order in to avoid having to wait. I get the text messages saying my order is ready to only find out they gave my order away and blamed it on one of the delivery drivers. So I had to sit and wait another 30 minutes for them to remake my order to not even be offered an apology or anything for the sake of customer inconvenience. This location today was you last day seeing my business. If I could I’d rate them a smooth 0.
My wife called in an order for delivery and 2 hours later I ended up having to drive to Dominoes, which is only 5 blocks away, because they would not answer the phone. My order was just sitting there forgotton.
REALLY GOOD PIZZA. Ordered on a Friday night and got it under 30 min.. Really good
I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and this is what I got with my two grandkids here smh. no one answering the phone at the local store. Tried to chat but sent me to another website with no answer on how to get my order correct
I really prefer Dominos for take out. But I will NOT order from this store for quite awhile. It is running over capacity. They can't keep up and regularly miss items. I spent 30 minutes inside waiting on my order and watched 5 people with messed up orders.Everything I got had been out of the oven for more than 45 minutes. I was missing one of my six items. I had to wait because they failed to include one of my items in the initial fire. Once they figure that out and put it in the oven they gave away one of my other items to somebody else that came in after me and I had to wait another 10 minutes for that to be refired.
This is my daughter's favorite place to eat. I have an experienced any problem so far. She loves to order online to collect her points for free dish.
Ordered a XL pizza with 3 toppings only came with 2 and also ordered hot wings. Wings were plain too. On top of that it took an extra half hour to make. When I got home and called to have it fixed nobody answered 10+ calls. People were nice but the product.. rather go to Quick-trip
