It's was a little up there in price, but you get what you pay for, I really can't complain. I was visiting Texas and this was my first time coming here, the Ribs we're amazing. Fall off the bone. You can pull the bones out even. They were decent size too. Very happy with my ribs! And on a side note, their bbq sauce was life changing. Their sweet, regular and hot. All three were unique and delicious, hard to choose one over the other, but I really enjoyed the sweet bbq the most. I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for some fast barbeque
My experience today was not pleasant at all. I ordered a baked potato first and was told that there were none. I settled for wings, then had to order the sides separately because they don't offer wing plates or baskets. Then, we only had a party of 5 and they took so long to make our food that some of our food was cold.The wings I ordered were over cooked (meat was dry) and had burn marks on them from the basket that they were heated in.As we were about to wrap up our dining experience, a man came into the store and went directly behind the counter where the food is and DID NOT wash his hands. He stood and talked with someone (maybe the manager) while the next customer's food was being prepared. Before he left, he shook the "mgr's" hand and left. The "mgr" started helping continue prepare the food without washing his hands. That's unsanitary. I won't be eating there again.
Food is good but cooking area needs a proper clean. Roof covers are dirty and walls, too. Food was good, though. Nice staff
Spare ribs and sliced brisket are always great!... I've also ordered their frozen turkey during TG and it is the most flavorful turkey I have ever had!!!
Absoulty the worst of the worst.Customer service has never been heard of in the 12 units I have been to.Meat once was good, now is dried out and tough as nails. Even bark is so dry.NEVER AGAIN!
Was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the service was friendly and fast the chopped brisket is great I get it about twice a month and i dont plan to change either
I ordered food from this location using the uBer App. When delivered we were missing an item. The RUDE employee said it was the driver responsibility to go through our order to make sure it was correct and not there’s to ensure that the order was complete before it left. Get this! She said that it was my responsibility to come pick up my order and hung up and would not answer our calls afterwards. I will be contacting someone else to discuss this issue and I’ll also go up there to speak with that person in person.
Had lunch here today and it was delicious! Had a chopped beef sandwich and it was hot and fresh! Staff was very friendly and helpful!
I went in Monday evening, the female making the food was very nice,the male well let's just say he didn't like it there obviously lol he was sighing ,and the customers before me came back in and asked for there sandwich, and they were like o here it is,I ordered the anniversary meal which was 3 whole items ,after he Rung me up and I gave my card ,I had to ask him for my dessert, had I not been paying attention I would have went all the way home and been upset, the place was empty for a reason
It's Dickey's BBQ so it's OK but this one is small and there is nothing special about it other than it is a bit pricy. You can order in advance but then you have to do everything else yourself (utensils, salt & pepper, drinks, etc.). Then they want a 20% tip.
