I'll give them a nice rating because I can accept slow service when your attitude is great. However, in the interest of criticism and Improvement, I would like my coffee cup refilled at least once. Please keep the condiments at our tables, I hate to scramble to the other tables. Lastly, please learn your own promos. Customer service was awesome
Bishop the Manager / helping as a server was very thoughtful and helpful with the order my husband placed online. I arrived they were out of the salmon. But I'm happy ? anyway
Minus 5 stars ,, my kids and I had to share my drink because we never saw the waitress again ,well only at the end when she showed up with the check ,,, never going back pfftt
First went to ihop and there was a line out the door. Decided we’d give this place another try. Pulling up we noticed the parking lot was empty. Walk in to a group of 5 waiting. Never was offered any help. My husband had to yell to the back kitchen for help. The lady comes out and asked how could she help. We tell her a table for 2… She said there was a 30minute wait. Mind you it was dang near empty. We walked straight out. This place never has adequate staff to run this place. It’s a sh*t show. I will never return here again.
So we had ordered the TBone STEAK and Eggs. They had given us a pork Loin Chop that was broiled. Never going back.
Extremely long wait for 2 people and a toddler. P.s. if you know the hostess your wait time is less. And when the gut infront asked why. They're up the excuse that they were next.

Horrible service. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes and not once were we recognized by the staff. When we asked to be seated or how long the wait was they said they didn't know. The manager was just as clueless as the rest of the staff
I love going to these Denny's. The restaurant is always clean .we always ask for Maria to serve us .But reality is that they is all good at what they due. They are shorth staff at the moment but even like that service was a 10/10.
If I could give no stars I would. First time here. Was waiting in lobby. One of the workers came in from outside didn't wash hands still had her purse on shoulder and went to the open kitchen and grabbed a tray. Turned around and asked me WHAT DID I WANT? I thought I came to eat. So then I asked her how long the wait she says " I don't know I just got here with a attitude". Then she is like well do you want your name on list I say I guess then she says we'll you can write. Smh I kindly walked out sad
