Blizzard was gross! I waited in line for 10 plus minutes. The wait wasn’t the issue, it was the fact that they already had my blizzard made while I was still waiting behind 4 other vehicles. It’s ice cream, why would you have it sitting there melting? She goes to flip it but did it so fast so what’s melted wouldn’t drip out. I asked for a fresh one, she told me to pull up, just for them to bring me the same freaking ice cream out, just stirred up! NOT COOL!
The service is fast for how busy they can be, clean place and the staff is good. I just go to DQ for the blizzards, so as long as the cup flip trick keeps going, I'll keep going. The summer blizzards and treats are always good, but I don't really like the food here so that's why I give them 4 stars. I just recommend sticking to the treats.
Teenagers working were playing around, then my order was wrong and the men's restroom needed cleaning.Food is grade D quality at best, tastes like frozen and not very fresh. Not to mention overpriced.
I’m basing this review on my many visits at this Dairy Queen and not just todays. This is the closest Dairy Queen to me and it’s the worst. Seriously every time I come here they completely get my order wrong. Every order I’ve made here in the past yr has been wrong! Not once have I came here and gotten what I asked for. I’ll take the extra drive to Duncanville instead cause this Dairy Queen In Grand Prairie just ain’t it anymore
Employees inside seem to be playing entire time. I ordered burger combo and chicken strip combo and food was cold so I asked for fresh fries and pulled up to wait on order for more than 5 minutes! Finally someone came out and asked me what I was waiting for? I asked for a refund
I visited this location today! We had ordered a bottle water for the meal at the speaker. But when we arrived at the window and paid. The nervous employee told us they currently didn’t have water. Even though the employee had just carried them in while we was waiting in line. They then had us pull up to wait for corn dogs. Waited in the front for over 5 minutes and got undercooked corn dogs. Not to mention we also never received the blast we had asked and paid for. When I tried to call the location I was unable to get ahold of anybody. Employees definitely need better training. Had a few minutes to eat before work and was extremely disappointed!
How is it that people can’t follow simple directions? We ordered Door Dash this evening that included blizzards. Of course the order was missing our blizzards, along with our burgers missing cheese. Where is the common sense? Not only is Door Dash and all of those food delivery places ridiculously overpriced, but to add insult to injury, you people don’t even bother to double check the order to ensure it’s correct. It’s ridiculous and careless.
This location should just shut down! Last minute looking for a ice-cream cake and I asked the cashier why dont they have a sticker placed on the cake stating when it was made or what flavor is the cake?? I know for a fact she knew how old the ice-cream cake was but seemed nervous and acted like she didn't know. Dont buy the icecream cakes here. Who knows how long those cakes have been in the freezer waiting to be sold. Zero stars!!!
Wife went inside the only person in the entire DQ waited 10 minutes for a blizzard. And it is mote than 1/2 plane white ice-cream. Worst ever service!!!
Asked for our food to be made fresh and it wasn’t, blizzard was literally given to us melted. So we asked for it to be remade and it was good..until not even an hour later and we were both extremely sick. Ruined Dairy Queen for us for life ?
