A friend of mine mentioned they went here pretty often. I honestly said they can't be that good. Obviously I was wrong as I order here at least twice a month. I love them!
One of my favorite things to look forward to now is Monday’s! We use them at all our events and my family and I try them weekly! Hands down the best cookies around! They are constantly creating something new, all while bringing back past favorites!
Saw a fly land on some of the cookies that was out but luckily it didn't touch my cookies for my first time being here but overall the experience and environment was marvelous and the cookies were amazing... if I had to rate them from most favorite to least favorite it would be very hard decision to make because they were all so good at least the only 4 I had tried so far, I had 3 cookies that were in my top #1 spot but in order I would put the blueberry cheesecake at my 1A spot I loved the blueberry compote it was not overpowered by sweetness and not too sugary nor bitter it was the right amount of sweet and bitter.Now the next cookie that is my top #1 which will be 1B I will award this competitor to the key lime pie cookie, again just the cookie alone I loved it although it was a slight bit on the sweeter side the little slice of lime and lime juice added to the cookie evenly balanced the cookie from sweetness and bitterness again it was hard for me to pick a top #1 spot but to me they are worth every bite.My 3rd and final spot for top #1 spot I would give it to the maple cinnamon brown cookie thus making it 1C in my eyes, it was more on the sweeter side and for me that tipped the scales and persuaded me to put it in the 3rd top #1 spot it was quite a unique taste for my taste buds.And last but not least #2 goes to none other than the honey bun cookie although I wouldn't say it's my least favorite it was just an ordinary honey bun on a cookie the concept is great the taste was not above the ordinary honey bun I felt like there could've been a bit more wow factor added to the honey bun to make it stand out far from an ordinary honey bun, still great cookie I won't knock it down I just felt it could've been more done to improve the cookie experience.
My clients always enjoy seeing me bring a box of these cookies with me. I don't really like going to this particular location because the staff can be pretty rude or smash the cookies trying to close the box. I've been to several other locations and they were much friendly/approachable. I've personally never tried the cookies but like I said my clients love when I bring them. The photos are not all from this location only the pink frosted cookies are.
This is the worst crumble cookie to go to. First they always are rude and never greet you back. Second they always mess up my cookies so I won’t be going back. I been going there every week giving this company my money and the service does not get better. Today they gave me my cookies in a nasty box. This is the third at this location (only this location) this has happened. My cookies never look the way they are advertised at this specific location. Maybe if they do their job instead of playing in the back stuff would get done right. I feel place just full of negative workers. If you don’t enjoy your job than quit but don’t put your problems on customers.
Came here to order cookies as a surprise for my hubby and on fight night. Listen, that Pink Sugar was SOMETHING SERIOUS! I loved it! We all loved it! And it was perfect with Vanille Bean Cream. I’m so sad that it left the menu. The place is clean and customer service was outstanding. Crumbl understands the assignment! I will be back?BRING PINK SUGAR BACK THOUGH!
Got 2 cookies on a promo and lawd!! These were the best cookies. I had a blueberry muffin cookie and it was the bomb! I can't remember the name of the other one but it was topped with melted chocolate and was divine. Should have been called heaven! I'll be back.
Are some of the cookies a little too sweet? Yes. Does it seem a little expensive? Yes and no. Not any worse than going to an ice cream shop, and the cookies are quite large!It’s a welcoming environment and a fun experience. I personally love cookies and these are some of the best “store bought kind” I’ve ever had. The corn bread cookie was hands down my favorite and can’t wait for it to come back.Unique flavors that taste good. Having a warm cookie fresh out of the oven without doing all the leg work, priceless. Also, a chilled cookie?! Honestly, ingenious.
I placed a last minute Valentine's Day order and went to pick it up at the scheduled time. These guys were SLAMMED. The place was filled with people and every single one of them was hustling. They got my order out pretty quickly despite how busy they were and having to bake more cookies. I was given the option to wait or swap my cookies and they graciously accepted my wait request. I'm so thankful to everyone working at the Grand Prairie location and for a very present manager leading the charge.
Not worth the hype. Tried 4 types, one was okay(Rolo), we obviously were given the wrong cookie on one(ordered sugar and received raspberry lemonade?), and the other 2 went to the trash. They had us join rewards and then sent us a text to do a survey for rewards except you can't do the survey bc they want to send you a confirmation code thru a text to continue the survey, but the survey is thru text so when you go to get the confirmation code in a text, the survey thru text closes out and expires. So that may be purposely to trip you up it seems. Young staff was nice.
