Got the soy garlic. Smelled awful and like chemicals. Probably used old oilsNo water nor ranch.Update: it was just one box, other was fine.
Great place for chicken!Very juicy and well seasoned.The chicken is crispy & crunch everythings so yummy! Definitely eating there again soon~~.
Got a spicy chicken sandwich. It was super spicy but very good. If you like spice I highly recommend.
Absolutely great chicken tenders and we got the garlic soy flavor.... Wow!! This was definitely worth the 30 min wait on a crowded day. Their system to let you know your food is ready is a beeper so you can walk around for a moment. We will come back to this place!!
I was so excited a CM chicken opened on grand prairie but I am totally disappointed. I just made a pickup order today for a total of $98.48 and the gave us the wrong chicken. I came home with 3 regular fried chicken when I ordered three different flavors. It clearly shows on the receipt. Also they didnt give us any of the radish that comes with the chicken. Meanwhile when we picked up the order the employee giving us the order made sure with us that everything was in there and rushed us. I will be filing a compaint with my credit card company because I called the store 5 times to get in contact with someone and they would not answer. I could not drive back 20 minutes when nobody would even answer the phone to have the correct order ready for us.
Employee didn't know which chicken choices were available, ended up having to decide between 4 limited choices on two separate calls after online order was already made. Carrollton location is the better location by far from my experience
Cashier did not seem to care or have any motivation to sell at all. She just kept saying they were sold out (at 1pm). They were sold out of whole chicken as well as certain flavors like their main spicy sauce. How can you have a chicken restaurant and run out of chicken? ?♀️ Nevertheless, we were excited to try this place for the first time, but we will not be returning.
i don't usually leave reviews, but i had to leave one for this placecm chicken is located in asia times square food court, it's pretty easy to find. my friend & i got the garlic soy chicken. for all of the chicken we got, i thought the pricing was pretty cheap. $23 for 2 boxes full of fried chicken. the problem was when i brought it home to eat, the chicken inside is completely raw. it was a bigger piece of chicken, so the chef should have fried it longer. but raw chicken!! seriously?? it's not safe to consume at all. i felt so disgusted after eating that one piece of chicken that i didn't want to finish the rest of my food.i wouldn't go here unless you want to get salmonella! don't serve raw chicken to your customers.
Just tried their chicken and felt disappointed about the food. It was alright. They also messed up our order and gave us regular fries although they charged us for sweet potatoe fries. The cashier was trying to be helpful but the manager was going to refund $2 but then said the system wouldn't allow for a refund. Looks like Ima stick to BBQ CHICKEN.
We ordered the original chicken tenders with garlic soy flavor. Good portion with very tasty flavor to match.
