I’ve been coming to this location for Atleast 4 years now! They are so friendly and professional! I came in today and a very sweet worker asked me if she can help me find anything or make anything special! I told her what pizza I liked and she immediately told the cooks and got on it! I hadn’t even gotten up to go get some of it when she came to my table and brought half the pizza! I can’t give this location anymore praise they are amazing! Management here is doing something right yall! ?
First time at this CiCi's. The pizza was good. The staff were very polite. Always have to love that. We came in as a big group of 30+ they stayed on top of their game. My only concern was plate pile up at the tables. Maybe possibly have a station to put and empty used dishes. Besides that everything was good. We will definitely go back.
Cashier was supper Rude she charged me for my baby that won’t even eat her reason was they charge every single person that comes in. I have never gotten charged at any other CiCis only this one for a baby that won’t eat. She was rolling her eyes and not explaining in a polite way why charge for a baby. Cinnamon rolls were thrown to the buffet bar they ended up being twisted rolls they were berry chewy as well
The location on Pioneer in Grand Prarie is trash!!!! The underpaid cashiers have dirty fingernails and don’t really want to be there, so when you’re out with your family, they’re making it their personal business to ruin your day. But the jokes on you goofies, we had fun and ate pizza despite the rude silly little workers!!! Pizza on the buffet was trash, but my special pizza was a home run!! Gottta be quicker than that!!! Gotcha doller??
Honestly would’ve rated it better if this incident didn’t happen. I came on 03/08/22 around 2:20pm. There was a Hispanic lady, short, black glass and black hair that was cashing me out at the desk and I had the 3.99 coupon on my phone and showed it to her. She rejected it because it was a screenshot but I had it like that since my phone is very slow then she made me load it which took 5mins. I showed her the coupon on the official website and she told me that’s still a screenshot and I said no it’s not and I proceeded to scroll and show her the website and then she said she couldn’t take it because it wasn’t blinking!? Like your kidding right? I then backed out the website and showed her the story that cicis official Instagram page posted and she said she still couldn’t accept it!!!! Like really????? She ruined my whole mood and it’s the first cicis this has ever happened to me. I will not be coming back to this location.
Ordered the poppers on two separate occasions and each time I had to get them to remake them because of the inconsistencies. Some were smaller than others, some were burned, some were cheese less, etc. Once the orders were requested to be remade the order was decent. Don't get me wrong, the poppers were good, just didn't like to have to reorder and wait additional time.
I LOVE IT HERE!! me and my grandma would always go here and we would be here for hours with my cousins and the food is sooo good!highly recommend!
For the price of the buffet, I can't complain too much about this place. The two main issues were they kept running out of food on some of the plates and seem to have fewer options to choose from. Also, none of the staff were wearing masks correctly of even at all.
So much nicer than before. Wasn't packed in like sardines and you can actually get the pizza and dessert of your choice. Salad was great too!
They changed there menu no More bohemian dessert which was my favorite the salad bar salad look like it's not fresh and the pizza not always hot unless it's special made or just came out the oven minutes ago they took away my favorite dessert I don't know where to buy it anywhere else so I think that' messed up you can buy cinnamon rolls and brownies anywhere
