They have really changed.The chicken i was served wasn't cooked rignt,i got sick,gravy was like water,brown gravy.I tried to get with management,lobby is closed all the time.Made me wait in a long line to the window.The food has gone down,not good at all.
I ordered the new banana pudding and it was awful it had 4 cookies and rest pure pudding no bananas what so ever! For 4.49 a pint it was a rip off!
Their lobby is never open always have to order through the window when I walk up there since I literally live right across the street and it’s cold outside. Rude customer service and they make you wait til they take customers orders that drive up when they have already been making you stand there for minutes.
Rude workers not friendly at all. Food was so old
Never been charged for creamy jalapeño sauce till today. She said it’s $.50 each. And the past 3 times they’ve forget to put one of my sides. Never complaint before but today was enough
The kid at the window couldn't take my order at the intercom. Acted confused when I ordered word for word from the menu. He made me pull up and order at the window. He insisted that they don't sell a 10 piece mixed meal with 2 sides and 6 biscuits. Said biscuits cost extra. When I asked to speak to his manager he said it was only him and the cook. I drove past kfc to get to church's but I won't be making that mistake again.

Wanted spicy chicken , I was informed there was no more spicy chicken. It was only 7:30 pm not sure why more was put to cook.

Did not take my order at window an I was sitting here for 5 min then no one was at the window had to literally honk my horn for service an they had NO CUSTOMERS. Then charged me wrong an gave me old food then when I called the girl want to argue with me. Searching for the coorpriate office number or the franchise manager contact info to complain. I work food service so this is 100% UNACCEPTABLE!
