Try and remember you're not going for the food...you're going for your kids..Food was horrible.The Salad was the best part of the meal.Wings were super dryPizza seemed like it came a freezer.The 4 stars are for the kids having fun.

My son’s birthday party was perfect. The kids all had a great time. Our party host (Sarah Lee) was the best and took care of everything.
This location has went downhill. The second game we tried was broken. I went to find someone to tell them about it partly because of my loss, but mostly so others don't also lose their money. Nearby I did find no less than five employees standing there seemingly doing nothing. I told her about the broken machine. She told me I'd need to go to the front where the registers are located to tell them about it. There was a very long line there that I wasn't about to stand in. Not to mention, I'm sure none of those people would come out and mark the machine. We continued on with our games. I had planned to explain the problem machines in detail, but I lost track of them all. Basically every 2-3 machine we tried, we paid but did not get to play. I had I went to stand in that line to tell them about each of them, I would have had to been inside from when they opened until when they closed. I cannot believe they don't have someone out on the floor handling issues, fixing machines, and putting signs on the ones that don't work. Avoid this location.
I like to come here with my toddler when we can't be outside cause of weather. The ball pit is gone, but what a variety of games to play from adults down to toddler like games that interactive. Chuck E Cheese comes out to dance with the kids, and during Spring break they have put out a whole light up dance floor to dance on. Glad to see my favorite part of being here is the stocked up salad bar! They give out timed cards that easily swipe, no more coins and so economical for me to come a couple times a week
Remodel of old place is not completed. No staff cleaning and disinfecting the games or common areas used by children. Coronavirus still lurking. Basic cleaning practices does not hurt to have for proper public health protection.
The food was horrible the pizza tasted like cardboard, with no flavor at all. Also, we ordered some wings they looked black and gross, it was just disgusting. For how expensive everything is you expect better food, at least edible. My kids did not even eat the pizza and we just left it all there. Also, it was very dirty especially the restrooms and employees were playing games. This location is a hot mess, I would recommend to eat before you go and just pay for the play card.
I feel more cleanliness could be in place. There is absolutely no covid precautions being taken outside of the fact that it was just dirty. From the bathroom to the drink station to the salad bar. Let's not forget the rude people who are at the food serving window where you can pick up your lukewarm pizza. And I don't know what kind of prizes those were tootsie rolls and air heads are you kidding me? What Happened to the real #ChuckeChesse?
My all time favorite rat always comes through the clutch for me even as an adult. The stuff crust pizza was so worth the extra 3 dollars. The salad bar was fire only thing missing was the macaroni salad. They serve beer and have wine for adults to turn up with the kids to match their energy. Them kids in there were going ham on the games. They have wristbands and cards to load with minutes or tokens. You also have the option to pause your card once. The only thing disappointing was the customer service. They have a lot young peeps working there that had nonchalant attitude’s. They were not very helpful and didn’t have much patience to answer questions or explain offers.
One of the young cashiers is very rude, her mannerism needs some work. I had the wrong plate to prepare a salad & the way she approached me telling me to give her the plate(which was not a problem) it was how she spoke, I'm not a kid & she could've explain which plates needed to be used, I wasn't given the plates, the party I was with, just place plates on the table, so I just picked up a plate, not knowing there was a particular one to be used. The way that young lady leaned under that salad bar, demanding my plate, had me tickled inside cause she was RUDE with her delivery.
