Where do I even begin? The employees are beyond rude and impatient! It’s filthy as hell in that place all the ingredients are pretty much mixed in with each other so good luck if you’re allergic to anything. They pretty much drag your burrito thru trash and old food as you order. My anxiety was thru the roof in here. Avoid this place if you can!
Horrible service. They made us wait on line for almost an hour and when we got to the order counter, we were informed they had ran out of all meats. While I saw they were grilling some steak and moved the whole portions to the back to be used for their online orders. Pretty sorry, there were families with little children and they left without any food. Bad management.
how many times I’ve been there I am truly disappointed at the service today. First of all our server was very rude and words not cooperating with us. We asked for a little bit more rice and she gave us an attitude when we asked for that. When receiving our food I was very disappointed with a serving because it look like it i was already halfway done.
This new manager that's been there about 2 weeks now is RIPPING THE CUSTOMERS OFF!!!!!I've watched this guy and now have personally experienced this dude have his staff give you a half scoop of ingredients then charge you extra for just getting the same bowl that you would normally get. I've been coming to this Chipotle 2 times a day for the last 2 years, but I WILL NOT be coming back to this location as long as this guy is manager.
Worst Chipolte experience ever!!! All of the staff and manager need training on customer service skills. The meats were all empty, the service area was the worst and messy had not been cleaned. The manager who ever it was, would not come to speak to me personally when I asked to speak to a manger about my meal. It was so salty I couldn’t eat. I asked if it could be replaced and they said no because all of the meat was cooked the same, I explained I could not eat and wanted another choice of meat, they said you have to go stand in the back of the line and order again, if you order a different meat we will have to charge you. I went through the line and they didn’t have the ingredients filled and said I would have to wait 20 minutes. I then said I just want a refund, they said the manager went on break -and were all laughing. I waited by the register until she came back from break and got my refund! Never will I come back to this location!
I like Chipotle. Many people complain about it but I actually like the food. It's a healthier meal when you are on the go. Can make your meal balanced by adding more veggies and proteins (try double portions). Workers are mostly very nice and friendly.
One of the best places to eat when you need food that's not fried, full of grease and fat or super unhealthy. I am an active customer. Great for those who live an active life style.
Order was completely wrong! No vegetables on a Steak Fajita Bowl! Loaded with beans that I had to pick out, when did they start putting Spinach leaves in the salad, had to pick them out too! My husband ordered the fajitas burrito and he had to spit out most of the meat because it was too tough to chew! I guess Monday night is the wrong time to visit this chipotle!
Been ordering at this place through mobile pick up and I love how I can just walk in and take my order in less than 30 seconds
Terrible customer service. Literally nobody greeted us, ever. One worker smiled at us. They were “out” of white rice. No, they just didn’t want to get it out because it was 9:30pm and they were closing in 30 minutes. But then 7 other people got in line and wanted white rice and were told there was none. The store was also filthy. Do not recommend.
