Went in and was seated fairly quickly. To their credit, the manager on duty said they were training 2 people but that doesn’t excuse what happened. Tho, let me be clear I’m not blaming the manager on duty. I’ve been in those situations and they are not fun. However, we were seated, gotten our drinks and then promptly ignored for a good 20-30 minutes. To make it worse, 2 sets of people were seated after us and yet served before us. I finally had enough and we got up and left. I’m not gonna sit in a restaurant and wait for the employees to decide they want to serve us.

This is the second time I have encountered an issue with this Chili’s. The order wasn’t ready on time. Had toWait 20 extra minutes. Ordered Cajun chicken pasta and the boxed it without chicken. Got home and called and noOne answered the phone. Drove all the way back just for them to dump chicken on top.

I've always had a pleasant experience and great customer service at this Camp Wisdom/ South Watson/Hwy 360 location!

Awesomeness...The server, Jersey, was attentive, friendly, nice, helpful, and had a welcoming smile. With all that's going on these days it's nice to go into an establishment and see that the workers are ready to serve you your meals. Everyone is going through something or another. We will definitely go back. Thank you Chili's crew for an Awesome experience...oh yeah, food was the bomb

I ordered curbside from Chili's over my lunch break. This Chili is awful. My food was cold, garlic toast under cooked and my Sprite was water. I called to complain regarding my order, but the manager Adrienne wanted me to come back during my 1 hr lunch break. Which was impossible since I had already waited 10min for my food. She asked if I would come back tomorrow. Why would I even waste my time. This is the second and last you will get my money. I should have went to Chick Fil a. At least they have proud in what the serve. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Horrible service… no communication starting with the manager Rachelle Fitzgerald. Order was suppose to be ready at 8:15, never received my order after waiting an additional 40 mins. Then it took the store manager 10 additional minutes to refund my order. Order the easiest things on the menu (burger and a kid’s quesadilla). My sister’s items(adult ribs meal & the margarita chicken entree) order came out just 5 minutes after her scheduled time(8:23). I believe they either messed up/ dropped my order or gave it to someone else and try to remake it and pass it off as “being really behind”. We order our food at the same time Then I had to call her to get her to send me the receipt to my email like she was suppose to. She refunded my order back to the wrong card on top of that ?. Wish I could give no stars

Was not satisfied with this meal at all!!I picked up my curbside order, which consisted of chicken crispers, madhed potatoes, Asparagus and side salad. 3 for $10. Drove down the road to my place of employment. Same complex.My potatoes were cold, my chicken was tough, it was like it had been reheated and my side salad consisted of the white hard part of the head of lettuce.I gave them 2 stars because the Asparagus was very tasty.Just because I ordered a special with a cheaper price, shouldn't mean I get substandard food.

The first Chili's I've ever disliked. This location and it has been only this location royally messed up the food not just for me but my wife and the drinks so bad it tasted truly terrible.Ordered a simple steak, mash potatoes, and shrimp with a bloody merry.We'll keep it simple, it was just that bad but I didn't want to be that guy who complains about an entire meal so I iron stomached that mess and moved on.Just drive the few extra miles to go to a different location.

Just picked up order from this location. No chicken or avocado on the salad. Enchilada soup was inedible. Got charged $16.00 bucks for this mangy looking salad. Keep driving and go somewhere else to eat!

Adriana the manager is so unprofessional and I’ve seen several customers complain for the same reason. She is very rude. If I could rate this store a negative for her professionalism I would. I haven’t had any issues with the waitresses or GM they have done a great job to keep me as a regular customer.
