Not impressed at all… there’s a reason why I haven’t been to chili’s in 10 years and I was reminded why… Covid is going around again and these people are definitely asking for it … they seat everyone in one area there are no splash guards so it’s just open.. the food was mediocre.. the drinks were good that’s about it … the floors are very dirty …. I wonder how to kitchen looks… I would not recommend eating here …
I visited this Chili's location after meeting the manager at the Denny's next door. The manager noticed me wiping down my own table and came over to assist. He apologized and said the restaurant was short staffed. Very impressive for him to spring into action for another restaurant. So today I visited the restaurant and the customer service was amazing. From the hostess to the server I received attentive and courteous service. The assistant manager even stopped by several times to check on my dining experience. I ordered chips and queso and the quesadilla salad. Both were tasty and filling. The food was delivered quickly and fresh. It was a beautiful dining experience. I'll definitely return
I should have looked at the reviews but my grandson wanted to come here. The waitress was trying her best. Food order was slow. I order a bacon cheeseburger and it was prepared so sloppy. There was so much shredded lettuce on the bun, some of the French fries were crunchy. They need reupholstery done to one of the seat in a booth. They just need to do better.
Today I sat at the bar and ordered food and a beverage. I'm currently on a health kick trying to lose some weight. The bartender was super quick with suggesting and entre with 2 grilled and seasoned chicken breasts and some seasoned steamed broccoli. I couldn't believe how delicious it was. The people around the bar were very talkative and respectful. Enjoyed my time , the food, and the service.
The food was okay, but the place was dirty. The menu we were given to share was dirty with grease. We asked the host for a clean menu and asked to get 2 of them since there were 2 of us. She rolled her eyes and then brought us new menus. One was clean, the other had crusty food and grease on it. We were given a pile of napkins with silverware on top, but when it came time to use them, I noticed they were covered with small ants. We got replacements which didn't appear to have bugs. We ordered an appetizer and asked that it would be brought out first. It didn't arrive until several minutes after we our food so we sent it back. The server did the best she could, but the place was busy and she had too many tables. Im more upset about the cleanliness and the bugs. I expect better.
I have already been here before and every time I come here,my food is always good. I actually ordered drinks this time and they were very good. The margaritas they have are phenomenal. When I come back I'll order them again and again. Good job
Don't waste your time here this place is always trash. Customer service is at it worst, food is dry and this kids LITTLE KIDS that act grown don't do there jobs. They don't listen they bring the opposite of what you order. I asked for 1000 island I received ranch. Ordered a alcohol drink got water no drink. Kids asked for sweet tea received non sweat tea. Burgers smashed to dryness old tomatoes, onions. The chili had TO MUCH SEASONING to top it off ONLY SEEN OUR WAITRESS 2 TIMES BUT SHE HAD A TABLE ACROSS FROM US THAT RECEIVED MORE OF HER BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN MY FAMILY. GRAND PRAIRIE SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
The experience we had at Chili's was very good even great. Our waiter Derrick was on point. He is what great customer service looks like. Food was excellent.
Always love going to Chili's! My favorite is the Cajun Chicken Pasta and forever will be! I really wished I remembered our server's name but he knows who he is. We gave him a $50 tip. That was after paying a $60 bill. The service was phenomenal! Food was great and we were well taken care of! Thank you Chili's!
I used my chili's app and was rewarded free Chips and salsa ! I went there to catch the cowboys game and enjoy a meal. The beer was served in a frosty cold pint and it was well carbonated ! I enjoyed their smokey brisket quesadillas, it was so good, the tortillas was grilled to perfection combined with the season smokey brisket and cheeses it made for a perfect football Watching meal ! The staff was on point and the hospitality amazing ! The Manger made her rounds making sure everyone was having a great experience ! I'll be back for sure !!!
