Since when did the chicken tenders get smaller? Chicken was dry and at room temperature. That's what happens when you have chicken under the heat lamp for hours. Fries were hot so I'll give them that and I also asked for light ice and they gave me extra ice. Won't be eating at Chicken Express anymore, I'm gonna stick to Cane's from now on.
I have tried this place a few time's. The service is horrible. You can't eat inside. The doors are locked.So I go through the drive thru. Then give the girl my 50 bill I have . She says she doesn't have change when she just opened up. So I can't get my food I ordered. So I drove off. Crazy that rather lose money than give someone change!!. Hopefully they will be out of business soon.
I was actually picking up an Uber Eats order. The inside was closed and they only had the drive thru open. They had me pull over to a parking space and left me there for over 30 minutes. The person in the car next to me fell asleep he was waiting so long. I end up cancelling the pickup. That is very unacceptable!
I have tried this place several times hoping the service would improve. It has to be the worst run establishment I have ever been to! I waited over 25 minutes for a 12 piece chicken mixed. People were pulling out of the drive thru line and I don't blame them. When I finally got home with my order it was apparent that I waited that long because they were waiting on some of the chicken breast to cook, the rest of the chicken pieces were cold. They could have just offered me a couple of other pieces instead! I can't blame the staff because like I said I have tried this place severely times with the same result. It is obviously the management and ownership who just don't care. I will definitely never be back!
Kayla was so upbeat and positive even with the stress of being busy. My family phoned in a large order and she made sure to take the time to ensure that we received everything we wanted and it was available when we arrived.
I don’t know why it is so hard to fill a eight piece chicken only order! I get home and there are only seven pieces of chicken and three of those are wings. Can your employees not count? Don’t think I will be back. Golden Chick is right around the block.
It sure would be nice if they would pay attention to the order they take. There’s nothing more frustrating than getting home and finding out they left something off. They never check before they hand it to you they just assume that they got it right… And for the most part they don’t.The disparity of the staff is pretty bad too. One person is very polite and good customer service, the next thing you know the window slid open a grumpy girl hands the bag and doesn’t say a word, then practically slams the window shut when you’ve taken it.This place could use a lot of improvement
Doesn't even deserve the one star....never again will I order from this location and I live in walking distance. I waited 30 MINUTES for two pieces of fish. Apparently, the person parked next to me did as well, because he went to the door demanding his money back. And to make matters worse, the fish was horrible. It had ZERO seasoning and ZERO taste. I knew they were a little on the slow side, but OMG, I could have ordered and eaten at an upscale restaurant for the time I wasted here. Lastly, the employee who finally delivered my food to my car made no apology or even acknowledged that their service was ridiculously slow. I will drive into ARL to find another location before I ever order from this location again. Just horrible.
After waiting 45 minutes for my food. My food that was delivered to my car was not right. This is the third time this has happend. I struggled writing this review because the manager made it right this time, only because I cought there mistake before making home. But I still have been currently waiting well over an hour for food. This is not how you treat your customers, ever.
This was my 3rd attempt at purchasing a fish dinner. My first 2 attempts I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes, I didn’t wait. This 3rd time I waited and it turned into 40 minutes for mediocre warm fish, handed to me not in a bag with no napkins. I would have thought waiting all that time the fish would have been hot. I will not return to this location again.
