Poor experience Travis the manager has poor customer service. I ordered 3 meals and wanted to swap the hash browns for waffle fries and was told they no longer do this. I told Travis I use to work for this company and the policy is to pull over and wait for the fries to be cooked and he said no we can’t do this until 10:30am. What a snake in the face I drove 15 minutes to get rejected.
Every time I come to this restaurant they are constantly not giving me my full order. I order extra fries on my order because they already make it were they don’t fill the fries cup. And then ended up getting screwed with my extra fries. It’s could be a easy fix just get off and let them know but when you have a vehicle full of kids that something you trying to avoid. They could easily check if it’s correct and mostly when they have 3 people in the window!
This not what I ordered she repeated the order back to us even ask if I wanted to make my French fries a large I said no I said that’s right I we got to the widow I told the lady we ordered I large Dr Pepper she said they put down med I was ok I’m not going to make a big deal got I ordered spicy deluxe meal with a large Dr Pepper and medium french fries this is not what it is my daughter is not happy but I’m not going back gas is too high
If there’s a place in Grand Prairie that you can be served the right way in this location! Orders are always served on a timely matter and orders are 100% accurate every time! Props to the staff in this location, y’all are doing a great job!
Went in the store and ordered 3 meals got 2 and the sandwich for the last one didn't even get my power raid. Hate this store for every single time the either don't hear well or need hearing aids. Drive threw experience I had one time I ordered my meals spicy deluxe and the sandwich came with no top bun and pickles when I ordered it with out them.hate this store literally one thing that made my day terrible because left me hungry for fries and my power raid.
The line wasn't that long but it was also moving. When I got to the window my order hadn't come up. They checked the system to only find out that it hadn't updated. The cashier and manager apologized and a few minutes later I received my order. I like the way they kept me updated on how much longer my order would be as well as apologizing. Thank y'all!
Great customer service from start to finish. This location was very clean and easy to find parking. My 1st time trying the Mac n cheese and it was delicious I recommend adding hot sauce you won’t be disappointed. It’s so cute they have a section to shout out the graduates. They have open interviews on Monday’s for cashiers and kitchen staff.
This location is consistently not giving you the complete order. Ordered chicken strips meal, come home, the strips are missing. Order sandwiches and fries, no fries. Ordered breakfast, and half the order is not in the bag. They must be desperate to save food or whatever, but this is such a waste of time. If you don’t want business, just tell customers to not come here. Such poor management here. So disappointed. We used to order many times a week, but this location has us down to maybe once a week, and even than it was not done right.
I actually was very pleased considering I usually just visit the drive thru. I went inside today and was equally pleased. Nice friendly staff. Food hot and fresh made to my extra extra choices .
What's there to say about chick-fil-a that people don't already know? Fast service, friendly staff, and if something goes wrong they always fix it. The location I went to on this day was great, and I like the managers and staff. Love me some chick-fil-a.
