After a long flight and frustrating events with prolonged delays at DFW (my first) I looked forward to comfort food. Instead, the sandwich was not hot, just barely warm (again, my first). I sent the sandwich back and I really wonder if I was given the same one I returned. At that point my fries were too cold to enjoy. My initial thought was to go inside and watch my sandwich being made - then I just decided my satisfaction was not worth the hassle or frustrating anyone else. It has been ages since I ate at Chick-fil-A and this experience was disappointing but not enough to keep me from returning. One less than pleasing experience in 12 years is not a deal breaker.
The manager that assisted me was helpful , food quick and hot at first, but after waiting for correction that I requested time wasted (I request my fries well done but was denied due to the owners request at this location… ) I was refunded and my fries were collected want return here…. If you want special requests don’t come here my First bad experience with Chick Fila
It's been a while since I've had Chick-fil-A. It was great! The fact that they have people taking your in line. It gets fixed faster. They just need signs up before you get the order filler. I just ordered a number two so we could get the order in.
The food was very good they made the food very fast maybe in like 5 minutes and the employees were very friendly and nice!
If I could give a place a million stars it would be Chick Fil A! They always give me such amazing customer service and the food tastes amazing. I am a repeat customer and will always support y'all, keep up the good work! Also, I saw them once even help a guy whose car died in the drive thru, these are good people.
Who doesn't love chick-fil-a? The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is the fact that they mess up my salad orders 9 times out of 10. They are always quick to correct the error, but the fact that I have to walk inside to fix their mistakes bugs me.
Chicken was tough, Mac and cheese was cold. Young girl in training was super nice but very slow due to her training. Not a good idea to have her in the drive through during rush time as her line took forever.
Some of their drive- thru staff are rude and have attitude problems. They forgot something in my order and had to return and get it. I agree with Josh when he said they have no remorse for their mistake. Their service really went downhill.
Very quick and efficient chic fil a. I’ve never waited more than 5 mins for curbside. Also near a lot of eating options.
Customer service is ALWAYS awesome!! Food is always good too but I'm big on Customer satisfaction. GREAT JOB CHIC-FIL-A!!!
