This place is great! The burgers here speak for themselves when it comes to quality! I tried the 1984 for the first time and I have never had a burger like this. This place is really clean and maintained so the work ethics here are seen or should be recognized. My fiancé told me a story about her coming with her Mom a few years back (different location) so I brought her back her to try?? I highly recommend dine in to get a experience I had here but bring your family is nice too!!
I went here because I was nearby on business and of the overwhelming positive reviews. The employees were nice and place was clean. The burger was simply average. It was decent size and the fixing were good but it was nothing to rave about. I also ordered a side of fries I got a small handful for what I consider a high price. They were good but again nothing special. Overall it was an average experience worth a try if nearby but nothing from the ultra high reviews.
Wanted to try this place never had it. Seemed like it had the same concept of Five Guys. Walking in they had absolutely no customers nobody sitting in the lobby which makes sense to me now. The girl who took the order was extremely rude had a whole attitude just disgusting her name was Christiana V. Then when I got home the bottom of the Burger was so soggy it was disgusting. I just want my money back it was absolutely disgusting. I'm just disgusted with this whole experience I wish I was just never went food nasty plus no customer service! Do better
Fries were really good, and service was nice. The burgers were a little dry for both of our burgers, so I had to keep drinking my beverage after every bite. But overall okay.
In my opinion you won't find a better burger in DFW. When family or friends come in town I'll make the 45 min trip to this Chapps & just love the reaction when others discover how good it is!The meat on the burger is juicy & piping hot, with perfect fresh veggies & a great toasted burger. Add the fresh cut fries to order with with the seasoning & top it off with a glass of Pepsi with a lot of ice & you're all set!The service is always great & in the 2 decades I've been eating here I've never known to have a bad experience. Favorite burger is added with jalapeños, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato Treat yourselfto this establishment if you haven't already.5 stars all the way!
The 1984 burger was sweet and delicious. I definitely recommend get a egg on it but still good either way.
We order here weekly and this week the burgers and sides were cooked to PERFECTION. I'm talking the crispyness that you desire so so dearly when you go into fast food places. 10/10 everytime, thanks again for making such amazing foods. Props to the manager
Cajun chicken sammich was excellent... Added sauteed onion and bacon for the win. Fries are always beyond solid.
Burgers are filling and will make you want to come back for more.The food is quickly made and is splendid. Fries and burgers done well. Plenty of room for groups or a date night in a booth.
Great sandwiches. A little to the pricey side but still good food. A few things weren't available due to supply issues but unfortunately that's been a problem lots of places.
