I'm from Houston, and I was delivering a newly purchased car to Grand Prarie. I like trying new burger places I've never been to before, and this place was right around the corner from the delivery site. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger with Jalapeños and Pepper Jack cheese, and from what I saw of other pictures, I thought it was going to be small, yet delicious. It was delicious alright. But I needed 2 hands, not one to eat this juicy, greasy, spicy, wonderful burger. Would definitely order another one of these if I'm ever in the area again.
My husband brought me here for lunch on Mother's Day. I hadn't been here in so many years...OMG!!I had completed forgotten how amazing their burgers are. I absolutely enjoyed a double meat, double cheese, kitchen sink burger with well done fries. Do yourself a favor and go have a burger!
Seriously, my first time here and I got a small piece of charcoal stuck in my burger. It almost damage my teeth.Beside that, the burger was good but the patty was a little dried and the buns just crumble apart. I had to use a fork and knife to eat because it would falling apart when holding it. The sweet potatoes fries were also good. Overall, it tasted like you are eating at a pinic with an open fire grill. Just that piece of charcoal almost scared me.
Ate here for the first time; so delicious the burgers are!! We created/built our own burgers and also tried their grilled chicken sandwiches. The beef was juicy, fresh buns and toppings. Wish more mustard and barbecue was included but we have all those extra condiments at home to add more. Plus, love the convenient online ordering. Wish I would have taken a photo of the burgers and chicken sandwich but it was just destined to get in our bellies without photos. Totally will order from here again!
This is in the Subway/Chipotle order it the way you want it style. When I ordered I wasn't prepared and I ordered a boring style.. so think it over! Food was top quality, especially the way it's put together.
Chapps is a great place to grab fresh, made-to-order burgers. Whether you enjoy the traditional beef burger, or prefer turkey or “beyond,” they have a burger for you. You can build your own burger or pick from the menu and modify as you like. We ordered cheese fries which we thought were good, but we thought the sweet potato fries were the best. We’d definitely return again if we are back in the area!
First time here. We got two burgers, 2 orders of fries, 1 drink and it was $31. So the burger was a decent size and. really juicy. It was cooked just right, but It wasn’t flavorful, it was pretty basic tasting. The Cajun fries were so highly seasoned, it just ruined the fries and couldn’t eat them. It was empty when we ate here, food took about 15 minutes which was fine since it’s not fast food anyways. The guys behind the register were friendly and the place was really clean.

This place is way over priced! The burgers were 2 out of 5 and the fries over seasoned. You're better of getting whataburger.
Although not near my home, this is my standard go to for burgers in the Arlington area. Consistently great quality and generous servings. Love this place! Super clean, friendly staff, good value.
