I visited this establishment on 06-02-2022 My experience was awful due to getting my order wrong and when I called to speak with the management was placed on hold for and left there! I finally hung up the girl answered the and gave me so much attitude? My order was 10 wings all flats and the cauliflower wings with fries. That's not what I received but I'm just going to assume they have this issue often due to the bad service I received. You only have to show me once how you do business so yes I'm good on them‼️
This rating is mostly for the food and partly for the service. Von was friendly but very quick at dropping stuff off and not being attentive. The main issue was the wings. By far the worst boneless wings. Very tiny popcorn like bits half sauced, hard as a rock and cold. I did not complain but i was very disappointed. 8 dollars for a tiny margarita. Was not like i remember bww not sure I'll go back if they are all luke this now
Always a great place to eat. The only issue I have as far as this location is concerned is the music. I understand having fun and enjoying the music but blasting like its a concert venue is unprofessional and not everyone is okay with it. Other than that great place.
Donald was a great server despite being short staffed. The training manager was filling in as needed and the staff seemed generally courteous and professional. The songs and onion rings were served quickly and were yummy. They have the best sauce for their onion rings. The unsweetened tea was very good. Donald was attentive and I appreciated the discount they provide to those who have served. The four is only due to the wait but the service and food was a five.
We were asked if we “minded” waiting 45 minutes to be seated…sooo it’s empty…we said um is that the wait time? Oh no it’s not the server wants to leave early at 4 so she doesn’t want to get stuck with a table… um???? So we said no we’d like to eat now, they tried to seat the 7 of us along the wall single file so we’d have to sit next to each other instead of at table or booth as a group, I mean not sure how that would work we had kids with the group…. Asked to be moved to a wide open area…half the table got their food right away the other about 20 minutes after.…sad, very sad.
I had a great dining experience. I ordered garlic parmesan chicken tenders with tater tots. The chicken tenders were cooked to Perfection nice crispy but tender on the inside. The garlic Parmesan sauce was just right amount of salty just the right amount of a garlic. For some reason s spices were included in the sauce which made it go from almost good to not so good. I don't know what kind of spices they were but you could see the red dots in there I think it maybe was crushed red peppers but it made it too spicy to enjoy
We used to come here often. This time received a bad experience with the server - long wait for our food while other people got theirs, barely got checked up on. Manager “Justin” was very rude towards us stating that we were asking for them to take things off our receipt just to take off. We were regulars here and we had a good experience until now. The manager then threatened us to never come back here. I will call cooperate about the situation since this is not right, and this isn’t how you are suppose to treat your customers.
?Bartender was great, burger was delicious, and beers were ice cold :) . A good way to end a long travel day, and walkable back to the hotel.
My fiancé, kids and I frequent this BWW a lot. More so my Fiancé and I, but nevertheless. I would say we are there 3-5 times a week. The assistant manager and several servers/bar tenders know us. They welcome us when we walk in and as we leave every time. One server, when she sees us come in orders our drinks and we have them before we reach the table. Sometimes the tv's or music is super loud but if asked, they will turn it down. We almost never have issues with our food. The one or two times we did, it was corrected immediately and without hesitation.
The bartender of the night needs to be trained to make drinks good customer service I give him that but his mixing skills need help I asked for a original margarita he didn't know what that was and you have the product to make I asked for a white tea he gave me vodka and peach snap.im like dude add the sour mix and a splash of sprite.Now Desteny she knows how to mix.imo ya need to have her there more if I was the manager.
