Love Braum's. And this is in my home town. But truthfully, my least favorite to go to.They did a redesign during covid and made some things better and other things worse. As an example, why would you put the line to the ice cream right in front of the dairy cases in the grocery shopping part of the store. On a busy day, I can't even get into the grocery area unless I go through the back cash register exit.
You can't go wrong with Braums food and ice cream....but the service and atmosphere are completely different. The last few times i have been to various locations, the service is horrible and the bathrooms look like something out of a homeless camp. I know help is hard to come by but if you run a business keep it clean. I will still frequent the eateries but I will also hope they get better at service and janitorial maintenance.
My cashier was Qua and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. My only downfall with this location is the lack of cleaniness at the ice cream station. I think a staff on break saw me talking about it to my friend. He went to the back and started to clean up the station.
Ice cream was so good! Kids loved it. The grocery area was very attractive. Fully stocked and great products. 10/10 recommend. The drive thru takes a little longer so I'd recommend just going inside.
This Braum’s might new management or a miracle. I don’t really blame workers because I believe leadership is ultimately responsible for the quality of the business. Lots of empty but terribly messy tables, long queues and slow service. The team ethos seems extremely low.
Very busy causing a very long wait time. Not sure but didn't appear to be short staffed. Out of vanilla ice cream and some toppings for the split. But overall what we ended up with was good.
Diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes n had not had my favorite Braum's icecream for a while n my God I didn't realize how much I missed it. Purchased 2 for 7.00 n it was like a piece of heaven. Loved every bitePrices have not changed even with the pandemic. Probably the only place where price is the same. Braum's I really love your icecream so Thanks for keeping the price where senior citizens can afford like me.
The cashier went behind me after I got the item I wanted Told her she needs to go behind the other person that just grabbed their items....but didn't. I come back in to do a refund and she's in the back somewhere while other customers grabbing items. Will not return to this location ever again.
New and improved Braum’s. Boy oh boy what an amazing upgrade. Can’t go wrong with ordering a #1 and a butter pecan malt, hits the spot just right. Outdoor patio nice and spacious your able to eat and dip out from the outside without having to go back inside to leave. Plenty of parking and handicap parking available. Restrooms were clean,high chairs available for dine in, and plenty booths to sit big families. The dairy store was fully stocked and very well put together. Shopping carts and baskets available for shopping. EBT and option for payment in the dairy store. Only thing I was bummed out was the drinking/ketchup station was not fully stocked for a busy Friday night. I was pumping away for dear life tryna fill up the mini ketchup containers. I ended up having to hit up the front counter for packets. The tray that was originally given to me was full of water the paper was drenched. Before I could saying something he could read my face and immediately gave me a clean and dry tray.
Braum's is close to my house.Every now and then, hubby and I enjoy getting our favorite milkshakes from there, me, mint chocolate chip, and him cookies & cream.The service is good.It can get very busy at certain hours of the day so please have some patience with the employees. They are doing the best they can. ?
