This location is always a hit or miss. I always order the #10 and sometimes a pandan waffle. The drink tastes off, like it's missing something, it's more white, which I know is the coconut milk, but any time I'm in Austin, the drink always has a brownish color to it, maybe they add brown sugar, I don't know. Anyhow, even the waffle is terrible today...can you even call it a waffle? Highly doubt I'll be back.

We came on a Saturday afternoon and there was a long line. We ordered a Strawberry Tea with Popping Bubbles. It was green tea with strawberry flavor and it tasted good. There's a good variety of choices in the menu and it's a bit pricy. They seem to use real fruit in their drinks.

Bambu has been my favorite place but the employess are not being consistent with thr recipe for the mangonada this does not look right it doesnt look as yellow as the ones we would always get. Doesnt look like the advertised and it taste powdery, i dont get it, bambu has always done a great job but the last 3 visits this is what i get im disappointed because i gave them 3 chances and all 3 they have made it this pale and with a small amount of mango chunks nothing like what im use to.
I'm glad I was able to find a Bambu here in Texas. I've always loved their durian smoothie and I feel like no place makes it better than Bambu does. It has quickly become one of my favorite drinks/desserts to get. I'll definitely be back for more.
We briefly stopped here on our way back to grabbed some drinks. During our brief interaction with the staff, they seemed rushed and wanted customers to hurry and leave. As for the drinks, there were more ice than actual drink itself. Nonetheless, the drinks were tasty—just the quantity was low.
Very horrible staff. Simple smoothies ruined and runny. The wait was so ridiculous because it was not busy at all. Nothing here is good or taste near as good as other Bambu locations I have been to. They have charged me for incorrect drinks before and overall has just been a bad experience. Rude
