Brandy did this amazing cake for me for my son's rehearsal dinner on July 20, 2022. We had themed this party after, my son's favorite series, "The Office." Brandy was amazing to work with, so incredibly talented and as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside! My one suggestion is to get your reservation in early, I was so happy I did! and my cake was absolutely delicious!

I put a 500.00 deposit down on a 1,000 cake order in 2020, shortly before the pandemic and the whole world was about shut down, unbeknownst to me. A week later I contacted Brandy about the party being canceled due to COVID, she would not refund the 500.00 deposit, even though it was a global pandemic out of everyone’s control. Brandy instead offered to credit the deposit to the following year, 2021. Well fast forward to 2021, there was still a lot of uncertainty about COVID and we weren’t able to have my daughter’s party. I messaged Brandy and again asked to receive my deposit back since we were in year 2 of COVID with no resolution in sight. Brandy again declined to refund the deposit, but stated she would credit the deposit to 2022. Well it’s 2022 and Brandy will not return my calls, voicemails or emails. I’ve used Brandy on two other occasions with no problem. Now that it’s time to apply the 500.00 credit she is missing in action with her business. I have followed her personal Facebook for years and I notice that she continues to post stories and statuses, however she will not respond to my many attempts to contact her. Now Brandy has 500 dollars and all I have is an invoice quote of what she was supposed to do. I tried to be patient and I have given her over two weeks to respond to me. I am not happy with how she has treated me at all. Anyone thinking of using this business. DONT!
It would help if this company respond to emails,calls , texts or inbox messages. Over 15 messages or attempts to reach someone and not one response. Slightly disappointing for a company with such great reviews.

I lived in Austin, TX and looked for someone in Dallas, TX for a wedding cake. I contact B. Dallas’ Cakes and they were amazing. After I told them what all I wanted for the cake they sent me a draft and it was more then I expected. Once the day came for the wedding, I was blown away! It was so gorgeous in person and even taste delicious! Everyone kept talking about how beautiful it was.
