Just got my UberEATS order and you guys are trash. Everyone of y’all up there right now. I could of just purchased a small fry and then y’all messed up the sandwich by not putting cheddar on one. Fries were definitely old and crumbs. Like how tf are y’all still open? Bag was sealed so nobody ate the fries.

Today my elderly father purchased a apple pecan chicken sandwich. When he bit into his sandwich, the bread was stale, and hard. Mistakes happen, and he went back to get the ordered corrected. When he told the assistant manager, she gave him the dirtiest look and didn't want to help him. That's when she called the manager on duty, and he proceeded to tell my father in a condensing way, that the bread was not stale. He took the sandwich to the back, said something to one of the cooks, all the while continuing to give my father dirty looks. This prompted him to ask for his money back instead of getting the sandwich replaced. He grudgingly gave him his money back. Is this how this store treats their elderly customers when they have a problem with their order?

Everyone I came into contact with was not only speedy but friendly! I went through the drive thru about 10 mins before closing time. I made a mistake when ordering my food and I didn’t notice until after I paid. I used to work in the food industry and I know how at the end of your shift you just want to go home and people holding you up can get on your nerves. The gentleman that cashed me out told his manager about my mistake and he (the manager) immediately jumped on it and told the person making my food about it. Thank you so much to everyone!! I wish I would’ve gotten their names!

Loved the experience at this location. Ira was great and super accommodating! So nice getting to interact with him. Come to this Arby’s!!!

Whoever owns the place your employees are costing you money. Closing before the day ends.. just because you don't feel like working you shut down..one of the worst experience

The older shift manager is so kind and adorable! Everyone was very nice at this location. Ordered the beef n cheddars, french dip, and a slider. Just disappointed that they didn’t warm up the slide so it was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. Au jus was very watered down and cold also.

Tried to call store to let them know that they didn't get our order right through the drive-thru of course no answer but, after reviewing the 3.9 on customer service what do you expect. The fish is no where fresh either plus I didn't order the spicy fish. Won't be back

They should just close their doors! The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I love beef and cheddars! It's too bad that they either have very bad mgmt or they pay real bad. I know you don't make much working at a fast food place but I have been there 4 times in the last couple of weeks and one time I got served. They will turn their light off 20 even 30 min before they're supposed to close or they will do it when you pull up. The last time I went they had a sign saying short of workers. Good luck Arby's but if I were in charge I would let everyone go that works there and start fresh because this has been going on for years at this store.l fire the managers thats we're the blame lies. This has also happened to my wife they have turned the lights out when she has pulled up at night and my wife says they are rude.

It's time to open the lobby. This place always has good food and service but they haven't been open for dine in for some time. Since I eat here coming from work, that's a real bummer.
