First off they need to get rid of this manager Jackie. She's mean and does not treat her employees very well. Also I hope the food taste better then how they treat their employees. My daughter worked there and was bullied by management and staff to the point she quit! Not a very nice place. I like Applebee's and enjoy their food but not this place! Wish I could give zero stars.
5/24/2022 @11:22pm walked in on a rainy night hungry as a pregnant women could be and my server turned out to be Aaron who surprisingly was 4 days new to the Applebee's team ! Let me tell you everything was on point from my order to my child's order to the fist bump they had where she felt like she was the strongest person ever ?? thank u Aaron for being an amazing server with a positive attitude and very respectful ❤️
If I could give them 10 stars ? I would! The service was excellent! Our server Alex was fantastic! We had a party of 6 including 3 toddlers. He accommodated us very well. He took our order with no pen and paper. Would definitely recommend this establishment. The manager has great hospitality as we and a warm spirit. Great Jobs you guys!
I eat here regularly. The food is always good. The service, not so much. I have been told several times my only option is to sit in the bar area.I have to request to speak to a manager everytime and explain my wife has hip issues and can't sit in the tall bar stool. The managers were willing to let me leave until I requested the name/number for the general manager. I enjoy dining here because I can have a nice quiet meal with my wife, w/o the often loud obnoxious bar patrons ruining my dining experience. It's sad and unfortunate the staff would force people to eat at the bar or find another place to eat. This is poor business practice in my mind opinion.
The server was obviously new but tried. The food was not good and my daughter found a bread bag tie in her burger. Sent it back to the kitchen and all the hey did was remove it and send the same burger back to me he table. I really feel that I should not have had to pay for it hat burger. Applebee's new menu choices are not very good in my opinion. They have definitely gone downhill. Will not be going back anymore
Would have been nice if someone had seated us. The security guard was always one step behind me. I made a wrong turn looking for the bathroom, and he was right behind me. The waiter was watching us like we were going to run for it. The food was good, came out quick, but got a bad vibe from the waiter and security. I know people go to Applebee's for drinks but that's no excuse to make people feel uncomfortable.
I know Applebees can be hit and miss and I know in these post covid days there are still challenges. However we had a great visit. it was not crowded, but were greeted and seated quickly. Our server seemed to taking care of half the restaurant but did an amazing job. The food while average was very well prepared, great flavor. Loved the blackened salmon. So I have to give them 5 starts on this visit.
Cool and laid back atmosphere. Clean. Great host and servers. Restrooms are also very clean. A place I’d recommend to others, and one I will frequent as much as possible.
5* Absolutely wonderful! Our server was great! I wish I could remember his name! After working late at Prairie Lights, our sons wanted to go out to eat! With minimal choices, our second stop was Applebee's! They were busy, but they took care of business! The kitchen was fast, the service was fast and everyone seemed happy!Thank you late night Crew who worked Christmas eve-eve!! You ROCK!
I went there with my friends on Christmas Eve to have dinner and I had such a terrible experience! First, the waitress asked us to wait for about 20 minutes to let them clean up some space for us. Even though they had empty tables, they did not let us to sit down there and we had to wait outside. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we finally got inside. I ordered a chicken tenders plate. It was super salty and the quality of food was awful! It does not worth the amount we paid whatsoever! It was my first time going there and I would not recommend it to anyone.
